In the center of the throat chakra, focus successively on the lotus with the five syllables, is this the three key points? Or on top of that, take whatever appropriate key point of wind, the combination of winds. The key point of aspiration is that after the completion of the three of the appearance, increase, and attainment of sleep, until the time of not dreaming, one should definitely seize the clear light, with twenty-one strong aspirations, etc., these are the five key points. Some believe that before starting to fall asleep, one should, as previously stated, gather the deity's form together with the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) into clear light and maintain it in a state of equanimity many times. Then, when one is not sleepy and the appearance is clear, in ordinary times, focus the mind one-pointedly on the syllable (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) and maintain its essence. Similarly, when starting to fall asleep, focus on the syllable Nu, when drowsy, focus on the syllable Ta, when more drowsy, focus on the syllable Nga, and when completely asleep, focus the mind one-pointedly on the syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) and maintain its essence. That is to say, initially, only at the time of starting to fall asleep and being drowsy are the latter two uncertain. However, through the power of practice, one can gradually become certain. Sometimes, one will fall asleep directly or lose consciousness. After that, through prolonged practice, awakening from the unconsciousness of sleep, until the time of not dreaming, one will occasionally recognize a mind that is clear and awake like a clear sky,
