།བཅོལ་བའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྒྲུབས། །ས་མ་ཡ་མ་ནུ་སྨ་ར། ས་མ་ཡ་རཀྵནྟུ། ལྔ་པ་གཏོར་མ་བཏང་བ་ནི། ཆོས་སྐྱོང་སྤྱི་གཏོར་བྲན་ལ། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། བྷྲཱུྃ་ཨོཾ་ཛྲིཾ་ཁྃ་ཧཱུྃ་རྣམས་འོད་དུ་ཞུ་བ་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་དྲག་པོའི་མཆོད་ཡོན་དང་ཉེར་སྤྱོད། རྒྱལ་སྲིད་སྣ་བདུན། མཁའ་ལྡིང་དང་སེང་གེ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རྐང་བཞིའི་ཚོགས་དང༌། མཚོན་ཆ་དང་དུར་ཁྲོད་ཀྱི་ཡོ་བྱད་སོགས་དམ་ཅན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་མཉེས་པའི་མཆོད་སྤྲིན་ས་དང་ནམ་མཁའ་བར་སྣང་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྱབ་པར་བསམས་ལ། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཨཱརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ། དྷཱུ་པེ༴ ཨ་ལོ་ཀེ༴ །བཀའ་ཉན་འཁོར་གྱིས་བསྐོར་བ་ནི། །འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་གྱི་དྲེགས་པའི་གཙོ། །ལྷ་ཆེན་བརྒྱད་དང་ཀླུ་ཆེན་བརྒྱད། །གཟའ་ཆེན་བརྒྱད་དང་འཇིགས་བྱེད་དགུ། །རྒྱུ་སྐར་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་དང༌། །ཕྱོགས་སྐྱོང་བཅུ་དང་རྒྱལ་ཆེན་བཞི། །བསིལ་བ་ཚལ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཡི། །དུར་ཁྲོད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བདག་པོ་དང༌། །ནཱ་ལནྡ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཡི། །གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་གི་སྲུང་མ་དང༌། །ལྷ་སྲིན་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་དྲེགས་པ་ཅན། །རྒྱན་དང་ཆ་ལུགས་བཞོན་པར་བཅས། །སྤྲུལ་པ་ཡང་སྤྲུལ་ཉིད་སྤྲུལ་དང༌། །འཁོར་འབངས་བྲན་གཡོག་མ་ལུས་པ། །འདིར་གཤེགས་བདག་ལ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །བརྒྱན་པའི་གཏོར་མ་འདི་བཞེས་ཤིག །དམར་ཆེན་གཏོར་ མ་འདི་བཞེས་ཤིག །རཀྟའི་མཆོད་ཡོན༴ དབང་པོའི་མེ་ཏོག༴ ཤ་ཆེན་བདུག་སྤོས༴ ཞུན་ཆེན་སྣང་གསལ༴ Therefore, I prostrate to Suchness. Reciting "Ala la hoh," also offer it to fellow practitioners, enjoying the sixfold satisfaction. Then, the third part is to perform the completion confession and wish-fulfilling prayer: Hung! Lama, Yidam, Dakini, Dharma Protectors, Guardians, Vajra siblings, and all the sacred assembly field with their retinues, please listen to me with compassion. Yogis, myself and our retinues, being under the influence of the five poisons of affliction, indulging in worldly desires and activities, our three doors of body, speech, and mind are distracted day and night, causing interruptions, diminutions, and deteriorations in the ultimate practices of approach, accomplishment, recitation, gathering, and offering of tormas. Violating the root and branch vows of body, speech, and mind, leading to broken vows, faults, and transgressions, which are the source of cyclic existence and the lower realms, and obstacles to higher realms and liberation. With intense remorse, I confess and repent without reservation. Hereafter, I vow to guard and purify. Please bless me with compassion. With real offerings and mind-emanated, the ultimate five desirable sense objects offering clouds, with the most supreme and complete arrangement, pervading the earth and space, may the pure intentions of Lama, Yidam, Dakini, Dharma Protectors, Guardians, Vajra siblings, and all their retinues be fulfilled. May all pure intentions be perfected. May all severe intentions be satisfied. After all severe intentions are satisfied, may wisdom, compassion, power, ability, and miraculous abilities and strength increase. After your intentions are satisfied, please fulfill all the broken and deficient vows of yogis, myself and our retinues. After the broken and deficient vows are fulfilled, in order to be embraced with great compassion, grant the accomplishment of the unchanging body. The accomplishment of pure speech. The accomplishment of unerring mind. The accomplishment of perfect qualities. The accomplishment of activities that tame beings. In short, please grant all supreme and common accomplishments. Please dispel all obstacles, such as past karma and sudden circumstances. From now until enlightenment is attained, because I have no other to rely on, depend on, and trust in, no other refuge besides you.
