Fourth is eye medicine: Please make the intention to allow the application of eye medicine with a golden eye probe, and to have the eye of wisdom. Just like the ophthalmologist king, eliminates the world's nebula. Pure, clear and without turbidity, the nebula is eliminated by the victorious ones. Sword, eye medicine, subterranean and, swift feet, invisibility, pill essence, all the siddhis of flying in the sky, accomplish everything as desired. Thus it is said. Then, for the vows and precepts promised at those times, generate a strong protective mind to protect them as much as possible, and then briefly promise the vows, repeating them three times. As the Lord has taught, I will do all those. In order to repay the kindness of receiving the empowerment well, offer a mandala. Not only the mandala, but transform all the merits of body, enjoyment and the three times like the kingdom of a Chakravartin king, and if offered, please accept and enjoy each part separately.
