Adorned with various divine garments, upon a vast and spacious seat with a backrest, on a fully blossomed lotus and a sun and moon cushion, visualize yourself transformed into the form of blissful supreme Heruka, empowered by this mantra: Om Vajradhara Samaya Tvam. Above its head is an umbrella, and to the right and left are banners and various victory banners, and around it are the seven royal emblems, the eight auspicious symbols, and other offerings. Upon this, in an instant, visualize the initiation deities descending to fill the sky, and the initiation being conferred with the nectar of the vase, just as the guru and the co-emergent one initiate a universal monarch into kingship. Recite from "How was he born" to "Shri Ye Hum." Bestow the vase water and scatter flowers. Thus speaking, confer the initiation. The body is filled, impurities are cleansed, great bliss is experienced. Visualize Vajrasattva adorning the crown from the remaining water that flows from the crown of the head. Then, visualize offering the empowerment with various bone ornaments and jewels. Wheel, skull, earrings, necklace, bracelets, belt, garland, and the seven aspects, are the empowerment of the mudra. Thus empower. Then, bind the crown on the head and visualize the initiation being conferred. Adorned with a matted hair crest, praised by all Buddhas, the jewel crown, and the initiation with silk pendants. Om Ratna Mukuta Abhisincaya Mi. Thus empower. Then, bestow the three samayas of body, speech, and mind upon it, and bestow the actual substance of the Vajra Acharya initiation. First, for the mind samaya, bestow the vajra in the right hand and visualize the initiation being conferred. The hero without beginning or end is Vajrasattva, the great bliss. Samantabhadra is the master of all. The lord of vajra pride is the lord. Om Vajrasattva Hum. Thus bestow. For the speech samaya, bestow the bell in the left hand, visualize the sound of the eighty-four thousand collections of Dharma being proclaimed, shake it, and lean it against the waist. Ah! Existence is empty by its very nature. By its very nature, it is separated from existence. The hero whose nature is pure will become the supreme being of existence. Dharma Dhatu Ah. Thus bestow. As the body vow, visualize yourself as glorious Chakrasamvara Heruka, united with a consort, enjoying that bliss, crossing the vajra and bell at your heart, thinking that you will benefit beings through your body. For the sake of stabilizing the mind's body, it is called the mudra vow. If the mind of the vow is stable, therefore it is well-known as a mudra. Again, place the vajra and bell in your right and left hands respectively, and visualize that you are being granted permission to become a vajra master. The supreme vajra is the vajra, the great and the bell are the great union. Today you have become a vajra master, you should gather disciples. From now on, you will empower all sentient beings through the glorious Wheel of Great Bliss, recite the tantras, and accomplish all activities and wisdom.
