Having obtained that empowerment, it is associated with meditating on the union of bliss and emptiness, without fixating on the appearances of samsara and nirvana as two. Then, it is the increase of the family lord: From the remaining water flowing upwards, visualize the main deities, the father and mother, Gauri and Pukkasi as Akshobhya, Chauri and Shavari as Vairochana, Vetali and Chandali as Ratnasambhava, and Ri and Dombini adorned with Amitabha on their heads. Visualize them as emanations. When practicing only this, perform the empowerment and increase after introducing wisdom. Then, remembering the purity of the six ornaments of the path of the vase empowerment and binding the armor: The crown chakra is Akshobhya. The nature of the earrings is Amitabha. The necklace is Ratnasambhava. Vairochana is spoken of on the hands. Amoghasiddhi is on the belt. Vajradhara is the lord on all limbs. The navel is the wheel of emanation, Aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) is the mudra of action. The heart is the dharma wheel, Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:ཧཱུྃ་) is the seal of dharma. The throat is the enjoyment wheel, Oṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:ༀ་) is the great mudra. The crown is the great bliss wheel, Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:ཧཾ་) is the samaya seal. Visualize like this. In the path of secret empowerment, meditate according to the instructions of the four-wheel tummo. As an external sign of wisdom empowerment, bless the six sense bases and three places as mentioned above. If the meaning of the fourth empowerment is remembered purely and extensively or condensed: The eyes of compassion are red. The mind of love has black limbs. With the four objects of gathering, the feet are said to be four forms. The eight faces are the eight liberations. The hands are the sixteen emptinesses. The five Buddhas are with hooking and generation. For taming the wicked, it is the wrathful one. Those three are the three eyes. The flesh is said to be Pukkasi. Similarly, blood is the charnel ground mother. The Domba woman is said to be semen. The washerwoman is the feet and fat. The skin is the seven limbs of enlightenment. The bones are the four truths. Just say these and remember the meaning. However, at this time, as arranged in the usual way, after the increase is completed, leave the mind wherever it rests on the mandala wheel, including the support and the supported. Then, if it is not clear or uncomfortable, light radiates from the Hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:ཧཱུྃ་) in one's heart, and all the outer and inner worlds of the three realms dissolve into light, becoming a protective wheel.

Oṃ (seed syllable), dissolves. The protective wheel dissolves into the eight great charnel grounds. The eight great charnel grounds dissolve into the palace. The palace dissolves into the eight goddesses. Visualize the eight goddesses dissolving into the eight faces, and then enter the samadhi of abiding the mind below. Second, relying on the nine methods of abiding the mind to accomplish the śamatha of mantra. For a beginner, the manifestation of the deity of realization arises from warmth and moisture. Upon this, relying on the nine methods of abiding the mind, the ungrasped mind is grasped, and the grasped mind is stabilized. First, it is necessary to understand the meaning of the tantra. Both the generation stage and the completion stage are contained within the three purities. Here, in terms of the generation stage, accumulating the accumulation of wisdom is the purity of suchness, the complete form of the deity of the four practices is the purity of each deity, and the experience of śamatha arising in the continuum is called the purity of self-awareness. The form of the deity is the basis for holding the mind, and among them, the main ones are the father deity, the mother deity, the nine deities, and the mandala including the three realms. It is necessary to gradually cultivate their clear appearance, and each one must be practiced with the three stages of entering, abiding, and rising. Among them, with the stage of entering, first cultivate the four generation stages of holding the mind. With the stage of abiding, the oral instructions for holding the mind that are spoken in the sutras of the Buddha are summarized by Maitreya Bodhisattva in four verses in the Ornament of the Sutras, and practiced in the manner explained in detail by Master Vasubandhu. The root of the guiding text says: Abiding and, continuous abiding, returning to abide. Near abiding tames and pacifies. Near pacifying, continuous one, equal abiding. Are the nine stages of holding. As said, the first, abiding the mind, is that the mind is scattered and distracted by various objects of the external world, and cannot abide. Gathering this, focusing on the object of focus, that is, focusing on the object of focus, and causing the mind to abide slightly. For a beginner, speed is very important, so repeatedly cultivate the main practice of the generation stage, or if not possible, slightly focus on clarifying the object of focus, and cultivate without interruption, without allowing distraction to intervene. Second, completely or continuously abiding, is that which was initially focused on the object of focus.
