Relying on (the guru) and meditating, and then meditating in the manner of evenly applying the mudra, this is called descending the bodhicitta. Then, holding and meditating on bliss: the bodhicitta that has descended into the center of the jewel should be held by three methods so that it does not diminish. The first method is: the two eyes should be fiercely widened upwards, and the tongue should be applied to the palate to hold it. If this does not hold it, the second method is: suppress the upper air, raise the lower gate upwards, and focus awareness on the bindu to hold it. Like the example of a ball-shaped object with a tightened bottom, it will be held, meaning that the bottom is blocking it. If it is difficult to hold even with this, then "hold desire with a bow stance," meaning: phaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体,phaṭ,摧伏), head looking upwards; hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,hūṃ,种子字), head looking downwards, thinking of guiding it in this way. Guide it by slowly and lengthily reciting hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,hūṃ,种子字) twenty-one times, etc. It is impossible for the bindu not to be held in this way. However, because the power of bliss will decrease, in order to increase bliss, it should be stirred slowly, increasing it like the crawling of a turtle. This is the meaning of the scripture. If bliss does not increase in other parts of the body but only in the secret place, then the method to increase bliss is: slightly contract the lower air, open the eyes, breathe slowly and lengthily, exhale outwards from both nostrils, so that the samadhi of bliss and emptiness will pervade the entire body, this is the meaning of the scripture called exhalation. The signs of holding the bindu in this way are: the lower gate is stiff, heavy and swaying, tight, hair standing on end, wanting to excrete downwards, unable to excrete urine and feces, wanting to cry, excitement, shouting, etc. Once unbearable situations arise, one should stop. Here, the thought of this teacher is to temporarily send the bodhicitta to the place of power and then snatch it back, practicing in the manner of the sixteen joys of the stable mother lineage. However, even stopping from the vajra tip is possible, therefore, it is difficult to stop with six changes: bending and holding the four big toes of the hands and feet, elbows against the knees, tongue rolled back into the depths of the mouth, eyes rolled upwards, reciting a long hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,hūṃ,种子字) in the mouth followed by hik, using samadhi to guide phaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体,phaṭ,摧伏) with hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,hūṃ,种子字) and send it to the crown of the head.

It is the letter "ra." That also means "to tighten with a belt (Tibetan: སྐ་རགས་ཧིཀ་གིས་)." That is also because the residue of bodhicitta (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་) may remain, so it should be guided two to three times. If it is not universally distributed throughout the body, diseases and other changes will occur. The fourth is to distribute universally: shake the head, bend the upper body, twist the waist, wave the arms, dance, shout, and distribute it universally in this way. Then, this is the scripture of "returning to its place." In this way, like the Shravakas, do not abandon the mudra. If abandoned, the bindu will not increase, like a cow that is not milked. Therefore, milk it like a cow, and the bindu will increase, and from the bindu, the Buddha will arise. Do not abandon bodhicitta like ordinary people, and if abandoned, all the faults mentioned in the tantras will occur. Therefore, through the method of descending and reversing the bindu, with the thought of manifesting the co-emergent wisdom, abandon attachment. Without relying on a consort, the body is completely filled with bindu, and thus the samadhi of bliss and emptiness arises continuously. The fifth general meaning is to protect without degeneration, there are eight: that is, losing due to the body being filled with bindu, losing due to conditions, losing due to illness, losing due to demons, losing due to behavior, losing due to food, losing due to the decline of blessings, and losing due to the breaking of vows. Among them, losing due to being filled is: the body loses due to the power of being completely filled with bindu. The method of protecting it is: tightly tie the vajra knot with a white silk or cotton thread around the neck, also tie the waist with silk or cotton, shake both feet vigorously, focus the consciousness on the navel, contract the anus, and guide the downward air (Tibetan: འོག་རླུང་) with the letter "hik (Tibetan: ཧིཀ་, Devanagari: हिक्, Romanization: hik, Literal meaning: tighten)." In general, for not losing bindu, only practicing the prana is said to be the supreme instruction. Losing due to conditions is: losing due to not seeing the consort. That is also shaking both feet, visualizing the tip of the vajra as a yellow "phat (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट्, Romanization: phaṭ, Literal meaning: cut)" and a dark blue "hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: hum)." Guide with the letter "hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: hum)" and suppress the breath, and also perform the six changes. Losing due to illness is: losing due to cold, losing mixed with water. The method of protecting it is: protect sleep during the day and turn around at night. Haritaki (Tibetan: ཨ་རུ་ར་) should completely avoid milk. Give three portions of chawa powder. Rely on nutritious food.
