That also comes from the accomplishment of wisdom: pervading the Vajra body, the unchanging nature, and the accomplishment of true wisdom, therefore desiring omniscience. Thus it is said. If one practices it, then all dharmas are the nature of one's own mind. If one examines what is clear and unceasing, then it is emptiness. So-called clear-emptiness is inseparable, or clarity itself is self-knowing and self-experiencing, and if one examines it, then it is emptiness, so-called awareness-emptiness is inseparable. The body arises great bliss, and all appearances also arise great bliss, and if one examines it, then it is emptiness, one should know the so-called bliss-emptiness is inseparable. First cultivate through hearing and thinking, then cultivate in a naturally arising manner, and then cultivate in a naturally arising manner, and combine it with the breath. If the breath is thus harmonized, then one can cultivate according to the actual mudra indicated by Lhas, and the manner of entering into samadhi, or one can cultivate only relying on the object of view and touch, or one can cultivate relying on the wisdom mudra. Just as a rider can quickly reach wherever he wants, so too, this can quickly reach the Buddha-ground, hence it is called "horse-practice." Secondly, the meaning of separating the four gates of song, if one wants to cultivate in the manner of entering into samadhi with the actual mudra, सर्वप्रथम One should seek the upper end of the central channel. Below the navel, it divides into four channels, whose roots, like snake heads, obscure the central channel, making it invisible. One should separate these four channels to make them visible. The instruction for this is: make a false phallus like a felt pad, smear the sharp end of four fingers width. If you don't smear it with oil, then hold it with your hand at the place of four fingers. Place a cloth ball about the size of a fist on each of the two kidneys. On top of that, make the penis upside down. On top of that, tie the false phallus with a cloth strip from above the navel. When tying it, insert the oiled end of the demon path, do not insert more than four fingers. Because of this cause, the lotus turns outward. Mix goat's milk with rock sugar and lotus root, cut off the fingernail of the left ring finger, and repeatedly smear it in all places, then the channels will open by themselves.

The four are scattered outwards, and the upper end of the central channel shows a distance of two, three, or four fingers, depending on the quality of the root. Therefore, the four doors of song must be distinguished. This refers to the five meanings, the first of which is the impure consort, and the content of purification in advance has been explained. The second is the equality of body and speech, relying on the pride of oneself and the consort as the deity, and relying on the recitation of mantras, one can accomplish the four activities. The third is the equality of blessings, the vajra and lotus are blessed in a crossed manner, and the practitioner generates the source of dharma from the lotus of the mother, from "E" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and on top of that, generates an eight-petaled lotus from "AH" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), marked with "AH" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) in the stamen, and stabilizes it with mantras. The mother generates a blue five-pointed vajra from the father's vajra "HUM" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), marked with "HUM" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). From "OM" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) a jewel is generated, and from "SVA" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) a precious crest is generated. The dark blue "HUM" (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) of Buga faces downwards, and the red-black head of Prața faces upwards, and one contemplates the two joining together, and stabilizes it with mantras. The fourth is the equality of desire, using the ordinary person's desire as the path, gradually transforming the ordinary person's desire into the bodhicitta aroused by great compassion, and attaining perfect enlightenment for the benefit of sentient beings, this is the equality of desire. In this way, these are also practices that use the three bodies as the path, the equality of body and speech is the nirmanakaya, the equality of blessings is the sambhogakaya, and the equality of desire is the dharmakaya. The fifth is the five essential points of grasping the key instructions: descending the bodhicitta nectar, holding and meditating on bliss, dispelling, spreading, and protecting from degeneration. The first of these is: to increase the body through diet, consuming extracted meat essence, blood serum, and semen, drinking aged mellow wine and fresh meat, and consuming milk with rock sugar. The union of the great mandala can also increase the body. Then gradually make the mudra the object of thought, place the sound that the eyes cannot see in the realm of hearing and speak of love, look at the realm seen by the eyes and meditate, give each other the taste of honey and so on and meditate, as well as kissing, embracing, and the differences of teeth and nails.
