The first is: Because it relies on the wisdom vidyā, therefore, visualize both oneself and the wisdom vidyā as deities in four limbs or in an instant, both repeatedly think, recite the root mantra of the yidam, etc., whatever is appropriate. Then empower the secret space, do not visualize the ordinary consort's space, from emptiness, from Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), a red lotus with eight petals arises, the stamen is marked with Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿). Do not visualize the ordinary consort's secret place, from emptiness, from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), a five-pointed blue vajra arises, the center is marked with Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). A red-black Phaṭ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸) facing upwards in the tube, like a string of pearls instead of a jewel, empower with a string of Oṃ. Visualize a jewel with a precious crest arising from the ground. Then I think, I rely on the wisdom vidyā, abandoning ordinary conceptual thoughts, thereby manifesting innate wisdom, thereby attaining the Dharmakāya, generate such aspiration. The second is: Look at the form of the wisdom mudrā, ignite the fire of desire, and descend the bindu. Determine where bliss arises, and focus the mind on where it arises. If it seems to degenerate, protect it by opening the eyes, etc., hold the two vajra fists in front of the chest, the abdomen close to the joints, the eyes facing the sky. Keep it secret, do not actually engage in union. Increase the experience of all these spontaneously. That is, the sound of loving words, the smell of the mudrā's body, the taste of the mother's lips' honey, etc., the touch of the upper and lower parts of the body, the biting of teeth and nails, embracing and kissing, holding the white substance, etc., think of touching various objects of touch. Thus igniting the fire of desire, etc., the previous four.
