Therefore, practice the generation stage. This is the way to manifest the five kayas of the fruition. First, the view of the inseparability of samsara and nirvana is briefly explained through the door of the three co-emergent dharmas. It is explained in detail through the three key points of practice. It is explained very extensively through the door of the three tantras, and the first of these three is divided into two parts. The actual method of practice through the door of the three co-emergent dharmas is similar to the three stages of meditation. First, allow the lama to generate devotion for a few days. During this time, relax the consciousness and place it in a state of recognition. Then, all the dharmas encompassed by inner and outer merge into one's own mind. There are no dharmas outside of the mind. The mind also does not abandon clarity from the moment its own nature is established. Therefore, clarity is the characteristic of the mind, and this is how it is recognized. If clarity is examined, nothing such as type, color, or shape can be found. Because its nature is emptiness, it is clarity. That which is sought but not found is called emptiness. Like this, in the very moment of clarity, there is emptiness, and in the very moment of emptiness, there is clarity. The fact that clarity and emptiness cannot be separated by anyone is called non-dual union, inexpressible, unconditioned nature of mind. Like this, after deciding with intelligence, abide in that state without distraction. At that time, if thoughts arise, do not continue them, but remember any conceptual thoughts that arise as the union of clarity and emptiness, and abide in equanimity. From then on, not just remaining on general concepts, but experiencing union through one's own intelligence is called experiencing the view. Whatever arises among the aspects of appearance, the aspects of emptiness, and the nature of union, recognize it. Then, secondly, practice through the door of the twenty-seven co-emergent dharmas. Due to not understanding these three dharmas, one wanders in samsara. Due to mistaking the nature of clarity as true, attachment arises, and the air enters inward. The seed syllable is Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), the channel is the left channel, the bindu is the white bindu, the diseases are blood and bile, the demon is the female demon, and the gross is the generation of the body. Due to being deluded about the nature of emptiness, thinking that it is not emptiness, hatred arises, and the air goes outward. The seed syllable is Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the channel is the right channel, the bindu is the red bindu, the disease is wind, the demon is the male demon, and the gross is the generation of excrement. Due to being deluded about union, thinking that clarity and emptiness are different, ignorance arises, and the air remains in the middle. The seed syllable is Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), the channel is the central channel, the bindu is black

Mixed with blood and pus, diseases are wind, bile, and phlegm, and the spirits are the Naga race. Cutting off the thought that the root of all gross phenomena is these, abide in that state. Afterwards, observe whether clarity, non-emptiness, or clarity-emptiness are truly existent, and as before, because these phenomena of samsara are the root of these, in order to seek liberation, there should be no such conceptual elaborations. Remembering this, eliminate distractions and abide single-pointedly on any of the three characteristics. Secondly, all phenomena are mind, mind is illusion, and illusion is without inherent existence. In proving the first of these three points, there are four main examples and four branch examples. In proving mind, there are two types, the first having four points. When proving mind with the example of being deluded by sleep, first practice the meditation of three combinations, and then in the main practice, recall the example: Bring to mind one of your own very clear dreams and think like this: The various appearances in the dream before, at the time of dreaming, were like the appearances of the daytime, and although they seemed to be true, when awakened, none of the things in the dream were established, so it is not an external thing, but because I clearly experienced it myself, it is not completely non-existent either, therefore, it is only the mind's delusion that makes it appear that way. Generate such certainty. Mix this with appearances: What is the difference between the appearance in the dream and the current appearance? Experientially, I also experience the dream, and the current appearance is also not true, because if it were true, it should appear in one way, but even a single appearance appears in many ways, such as pleasant and unpleasant, due to the differences in conditions, even within a single day. Generate such certainty. Abide in that state: In the state of generating certainty, relax awareness and abide. Afterwards, if you think, 'What is the difference between this and a dream?' grasp with mindfulness and abide without conceptualizing. The final three dedications are: Relying on the vast root of virtue, may I achieve Buddhahood for the benefit of beings, make such aspirations. Compassion for those who do not understand this is: For sentient beings who do not understand all phenomena as dreams, they are bound by the firm clinging to self and what belongs to self, and they bring suffering upon themselves in samsara, thinking, 'These are so pitiful!'
