May all righteous endeavors be accomplished as desired, and may the Dharma, its upholders, and all beings in the world flourish and increase. Saying this, clap your hands. Open the vajra palms and recite: Om Shri Mahakala Saparivara Nama Sarva Tathagatebhyo Vishva Mukhebhyah Sarva Tha Kham Aate Sparaṇa Imam Gagana Kham Griha Dam Balyaadi Svaha. Recite three or five times. Om Shri Mahakalaya Shasana Upaharini Esha Apashcima Kalo Ayam Idam Ratna Traya Apakarinam Yadi Pratijna Smara Si Tada Idam Dushtam Kha Kha Khahi Khahi Mara Mara Grihna Grihna Bandha Bandha Hana Hana Daha Daha Paca Paca Dina Me Kena Maraya Hum Phat. Recite three or five times to the Protector, Om Shri Mahakali Devi Saparivara Nama Sarva Tathagate (and so on) recite three or five times to the Goddess. Om Shri Mahakalaya Grihne Idam (and so on) up to "sound," offer as before. Offer inner offerings, reciting: Om Mahakalaya Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha. And, Om Ruru Ruru Bitishtha Kamala Rakshasi Hum Bhyo Hum. I offer the sacred offerings to the glorious Vajra Black Cloak Great Protector and Consort. May the teachings of the Buddha flourish, may great virtue arise in the world, and may all obstacles and hindrances of myself, the teacher and disciples, and all our retinues be pacified, and may all favorable conditions be accomplished as desired. Born from the wisdom of Hum, the Great Black Cloak with two hands, one face, and a color deep blue and blazing, I praise the one who holds a curved knife and skull cup. Chammo, the mother of demons, I praise the sovereign mother of the desire realm. Thus, I praise. Holding the vajra in my heart, I request the glorious Protector and his retinue, the glorious goddess and her retinue, to accept this vast offering torma, blessed by the outer, inner, and secret offering cloud ocean, and by the samadhi, mantra, and mudra. May the teachings of the Sugata spread in the ten directions, may the power of the Three Jewels greatly increase, may all the holders of the teachings have long and stable lives, and may they accomplish vast virtuous activities. In particular, may the obstacles, diseases, evil spirits, and hindrances of us yogis and our retinue be pacified, may our life, wisdom, and merit increase greatly, and may our hearing, thinking, and practice increase. The activity I desire to request is: may all the hindrances of the Lord of Death and demons be pacified, and may the teachings of explanation and practice of the four great tantra classes of the Vajrayana spread widely. After saying this, remember the blessing of the four-faced Protector torma, as in the previous ritual. In front, from པཾ་（Tibetan, Devanagari: paṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: pam, Literal Chinese meaning: Ban）arises a lotus, and from རཾ་（Tibetan, Devanagari: raṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: ram, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang）arises a sun disc, upon which from ཧཱུྃ་（Tibetan, Devanagari: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hum, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum）arises a hooked knife, completely filled with ཧཱུྃ་（Tibetan, Devanagari: hūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: hum, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum）, from which appears the glorious Great Black Vajra, with four faces. The top two faces are black, the two on the right and left are greenish-black. The first two hands on the right and left hold a hooked knife and a skull cup at the heart, one above the other. The lower right hand holds a sword, and the lower left hand makes the gesture of brandishing a rosary of bones. The reddish-brown hair is upright, with three eyes, bared fangs, and a drooping lower lip. Adorned with a crown of five dry skulls and a necklace of fifty wet skulls. Adorned with a Brahmin thread, bones, and snakes, residing in a posture with the right leg bent and the left leg extended. Possessing a fierce and terrifying appearance.
