Among them, the southern one is white, the western one is red, and all the others are blue. All of these completely manifest in their respective places. In the center, one's own crown is the Chakravartin, yellow, holding a wheel. In the east is Yamāntaka, blue, holding a hammer. In the south is Jñānantaka, white, holding a vajra club. In the west is Padmāntaka, red, holding a lotus. In the north is Vighnāntaka, blue, holding a sword. In the northeast is Achala, blue, holding a sword. In the southeast is Kāmarāja, blue, holding an iron hook. In the southwest is Nīladaṇḍa, blue, holding a wooden staff. In the northwest is Mahābala, blue, holding a trident. Above is Hūṃkāra, blue, holding a vajra and bell crossed at the heart with his own mudrā. Below is Vināyaka, blue, holding a wooden stake. All the other wrathful deities who are not Hūṃkāra hold their respective weapons in their right hands in an adhering manner, and make a threatening gesture with their left hands at their hearts. The wrathful deities in the center and the four directions are majestic wrathful deities, with three red, round, and wide-open eyes, stout and short bodies, large bellies, wearing tiger skin loincloths, adorned with snakes, with yellow beards, eyebrows, and hair standing upright. The other wrathful deities are beautiful wrathful deities, slightly seductive and slightly wrathful, with lean and tight bodies, black hair, wearing various silk skirts, adorned with precious jewels. All of them reside in the center of the blazing fire of wisdom, with their left legs extended. In the eyes of all of them are delusion vajra mothers, in the ears are hatred vajra mothers, in the noses are miserliness vajra mothers, in the mouths are desire vajra mothers, on the bodies are jealousy vajra mothers, and in the minds are selflessness yoginis. On the crown of the head is body vajra mother, in the throat is speech vajra mother, and in the heart is mind vajra mother. From the HŪṂ (ཧཱུྃ,HŪṂ,hum, seed syllable) at the heart, light radiates, and from the place of self-nature, invite the eleven wrathful deities and the protective wheel, surrounded by countless assemblies of wisdom wrathful deities.

After the practice, integrate the mantras that appear below. Again, from the Hūṃ at the heart, light radiates, inviting the five families of empowerment deities along with their retinues. Oṃ Vajrasamāja (ༀ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Devanagari: ॐ वज्रसमाजा, Romanization: oṃ vajrasamāja, Literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Assembly). If you wish to expand, make offerings as before. Romanization: oṃ abhiṣiñcatu māṃ sarva tathāgata, Literal meaning: Om, May all the Tathagatas empower me), after making this request, (the deity) recites: Oṃ Vajrī Bhava Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (ༀ་བཛྲཱི་བྷ་ཝ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: ॐ वज्री भव अभिषिञ्च हुं, Romanization: oṃ vajrī bhava abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Become, Empower, Hūṃ), and empowers from the crown of the head with the water of the vase. The body is filled, purifying defilements. The remaining water, above, transforms into Yamāntaka, the topknot of lotus transforms into Amitābha, and all others are adorned with Akṣobhya on their heads. From the Hūṃ at one's own heart, light radiates, and visualize all the pores of the hair being sealed by countless tiny vajras. That Hūṃ itself transforms into a blue five-pronged vajra, standing upright, and in the empty center of it, visualize one's own mind as a Hūṃ. On top of that Hūṃ, etc., visualize the first letter of the name of whatever one wishes to protect. If one wishes to protect the lama, then above; oneself, inside; siblings, to the left; parents, in front; children and spouse, to the right; retinue, behind; wealth, below. Leave empty the places that do not need protection. Then, in the spaces between the spokes of the wheel in the eight directions, from Yaṃ comes the wind maṇḍala, and on top of that, from Raṃ comes the fire maṇḍala, and on top of that, visualize the harmful one with a long body, tangled hair, vomiting blood from the mouth, squatting. From the Hūṃ at one's own heart, light radiates, and the consciousness of the harmful one is hooked and absorbed into it. Visualize oneself as a Cakravartin on the crown of the head, and by uttering Hūṃ, the wrathful deities of the directions turn their faces outward. The wrathful deities of the center and above and below extend their right legs. The wheel spins rapidly to the left, the body of the harmful one is moved by the wind, burned by the fire, and cut by the tip of the wheel, thereby purifying all the sins and obscurations accumulated from beginningless time, and visualize their consciousness being born in the pure land of Akṣobhya, and recite the mantra.
