所有那些成为通往天界和解脱的障碍，以及成为轮回和恶趣之因的罪恶和不善业，我都在上师金刚持尊者等十方诸佛和菩萨面前坦白忏悔。我不隐瞒，我不掩盖，以后也断除并誓守。坦白忏悔，我将安住于触及安乐，若不坦白忏悔，则不会如此。如是说三遍。然后，因贪嗔痴的力量……念诵一颂。出自《入行论》：我因无知愚昧故，于自性本无罪过之，所有已制之罪行，无论所作何罪业，于诸怙主尊前皆，合掌以痛苦畏惧心，再三顶礼作忏悔，祈请引导者纳受，我之罪业与过错，此非贤善之行故，往后我誓不复造。如是忏悔。第四，随喜：与十方诸佛……念诵一颂。愿一切众生脱离恶趣之苦，获得安乐，愿痛苦者安住于安乐，我欢喜随喜。对于成为菩提之因的善业积累，我随喜。对于有情从轮回之苦中，必定解脱，我随喜。第五，请转法轮：凡于十方……念诵一颂。于一切方之诸佛前，合掌诚恳作祈请，为于众生苦难暗，燃亮正法之明灯。第六，祈请勿入涅槃：示现涅槃……念诵一颂。诸佛若欲示涅槃，我以合掌诚祈请，为利此等漂泊众，祈住无量无数劫。第七，回向：顶礼与……念诵一颂。如是所作诸一切，以诸善根所积聚，愿诸一切有情众，一切痛苦皆消除。如是，以积聚、净化、增长三种方式，以正行七支，以虔诚之心祈请。

All those sins and non-virtuous actions that have become obstacles to higher realms and liberation, and have become the cause of samsara and the lower realms, I confess and repent before the great Vajradhara Guru and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. I do not conceal them. I do not hide them. Hereafter, I will also cut them off and vow to restrain myself. By confessing and repenting, I will abide in touching happiness, but if I do not confess and repent, it will not be so. Say this three times. Then, "By the power of attachment, hatred, and ignorance..." recite one verse. From the Bodhisattvacharyavatara: Because of my ignorance and delusion, All the transgressions I have committed, Which are by nature blameless, Whatever sins have been committed, Before the Protectors, manifestly, With folded hands, with suffering and fear, Again and again I prostrate, And confess all of them. May the Guides accept My sins and faults. Since this is not good, Hereafter I will not do it at all. Thus, confess. Fourth, rejoicing: With all the Buddhas of the ten directions... recite one verse. May all sentient beings rest from the suffering of the lower realms and have happiness, and may those who suffer abide in happiness, I rejoice with joy. I rejoice in the accumulation of virtue that has become the cause of enlightenment. I rejoice that embodied beings are definitely liberated from the suffering of samsara. Fifth, requesting to turn the wheel of Dharma: Those who are in the ten directions... recite one verse. To the Buddhas of all directions, I prostrate with folded hands and pray, For sentient beings shrouded in the darkness of suffering, Please light the lamp of Dharma. Sixth, praying not to pass into nirvana: Showing nirvana... recite one verse. If the Victorious Ones wish to pass into nirvana, I pray with folded hands, For the sake of these wandering beings, Please remain for countless eons. Seventh, dedication: Prostrating and... recite one verse. Thus, having done all these, Whatever is accumulated by these virtues, May all sentient beings, Eliminate all suffering. Thus, with the actual practice of accumulation, purification, and increase, with the seven limbs, pray with unwavering faith.
