Do. Secondly, there are three: Firstly, in order to transform into the uncommon path of the Great Vehicle, taking refuge is: The nature of mind is inherently clear and luminous, the essence of the Tathagata is bliss, the proximate cause of sentient beings is, the complete abandonment of extremes and non-extremes. Like the color of gold after being cleaned, and the Sala tree and the staff, etc., as they are seen, in the aggregates there are no sentient beings and, there is no person and no aggregates, the undefiled wisdom of the Buddha, which is always peaceful, constantly meditate on peace, in that I take refuge. Generating the mind is: The nature of mind is inherently clear and luminous, afflictions such as mind and, having me together, the supreme speaker well proclaims, in order to eliminate that, cultivate the supreme path. These should be recited while remembering the meaning. Secondly, in accordance with the intermediate turning of the wheel, without conceptualization, free from elaboration, abide in equipoise, and recite the profound nature of reality: On a comfortable seat, arrange the posture of the body in a straight manner, cultivate faith, respect, and longing. If the view of prior hearing and thinking has been established, remember that view and abide in equipoise. If there is no proper hearing and thinking, then first determine what the nature of this mind is, and without establishing the self of the individual, and without establishing all external appearances as other than the appearances of one's own mind, determine the absence of self in phenomena. That too, mind and appearance are inseparable, like a wave of water is not different from water, generate understanding that the taker and the taken are of equal taste, do not be distracted outwardly, do not restrain inwardly, do not grasp in the middle, do not fall into the unspecified and equanimity, but rest openly like the sky. If it moves without staying, then whatever appearance of the six consciousnesses arises is emptiness, without doing any accepting or rejecting, hoping or fearing, negating or affirming, when cultivating in self-peace and self-liberation, the signs of abiding in the mind will arise in order. Then, as it appears in the instruction manuals, searching for the mind, a definite understanding arises that the nature is primordially free from elaboration, and in that state of being free from elaboration, there is nothing else to meditate on except for recognition, therefore rely on inseparable mindfulness. That is also said to be unfabricated and original, and whatever arises is innate, therefore, without clinging to the clarity and emptiness of one's own mind, no matter how abiding, moving, joy, or sorrow appear, cultivate without fabrication, without being bound by the effort of abandoning and counteracting.

By settling the unattached awareness in non-meditation, the ultimate Vipassanā and Samatha of the Great Vehicle will arise. In those circumstances, no matter what experiences and qualities of the path arise, one should not be attached or cling to them, but recognize one's own nature, which is a profound key point. One should also verbally recite, "The ground is emptiness, the path is signlessness, the fruit is wishlessness," and remember its meaning. Third, when various Samatha and Vipassanā Samādhis arise, one should clearly distinguish and recognize the differences between existence and non-existence in accordance with the final turning of the wheel and the Vajrayana. If one has a rough understanding of the scriptures and commentaries, that is sufficient. If not, one should receive the transmission of something like the "Mountain Dharma: Ocean of Definitive Meaning" and contemplate it as much as possible. In this way, the nature of the mind, the emptiness that possesses all perfections, its self-luminous nature, the Tathāgatagarbha, although it is taught with many names such as Tathāgatagarbha, Mahāmudrā, and Ahaṃ (藏文:ཨ་ཧཾ།,梵文天城体:अहं,梵文罗马拟音:Ahaṃ,汉语字面意思:I), one will understand it without being touched by the fault of contradiction. As it is said, "All the teachings of the Buddhas teach emptiness and selflessness. Fools who do not understand the meaning of emptiness and selflessness will decline." Freed from such faults, relying on the two truths and the four reliances, one will understand the ultimate definitive meaning of the victorious ones' scriptures, and one's own experiential wisdom will be understood, making the path of meditation meaningful. In this way, although all phenomena gathered by the mind of complete fabrication are empty like the gathering of clouds, the nature of reality, the Tathāgatagarbha, the uninterrupted clarity and awareness, should be recognized as self-arisen wisdom and practiced. Refuge and bodhicitta should be done as before. As it appears in the scriptures of the noble Tārā, one should meditate on the guru and Buddha remembrance for one session, and at the end recite: The Tathāgata is unteachable, one cannot see with the eye. The Dharma is unspeakable, one cannot hear with the ear. The Sangha is unconditioned, one cannot serve with body, speech, and mind. And, the Buddha-nature is unconditioned, therefore it is called permanent. What is called space is the Buddha-nature. Buddha-nature
