Since downfalls and the like are blessed, it is said that they will not increase. Therefore, as stated by the supreme accomplished ones, it should be practiced in the intervals between sessions. If recited a hundred thousand times, one will become of a completely pure nature. Thus, if one recites twenty-one times daily, it will prevent the increase of downfalls, and if one recites a hundred thousand times, it is said that even root downfalls will be purified. Therefore, one should strive in the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva. Furthermore, one should take as one's essential practice the confession and binding vows that include hundreds and thousands of confessions of downfalls, complete with the four powers. Thereafter, considering the source of all good things in this and future lives, the liberation of all victorious ones, together with their sons, and all masters of accomplishment, one's own root guru, endowed with the three kindnesses, as inseparable from all the Buddhas of the three times, or as the embodiment of the Three Jewels, one should practice guru yoga, or meditate on the profound path of guru yoga. To pray repeatedly and continuously from the depths of one's heart and bones is the crucial point. In the past, the great Jowo asked Atisha, "Please give me instructions." Atisha replied, "Hey, hey, I have good ears; the instruction is faith, faith!" The Dharma Lord Sakya Pandita also said, "Therefore, a person who has received empowerment should see the Three Jewels as the guru. If one prays to the guru, blessings will enter." The holy one also said, "If the guru escorts, one will reach any place one desires. Offer devotion to Dingriwa!" Jetsun Mila also said, "If you, the teacher, go to Ü-Tsang, sometimes the appearance of the guru will arise. As soon as the appearance of the guru arises, pray inseparably on the crown of your head, meditate in the center of your inexpressible heart." Therefore. The second is: Regarding the actual Mahamudra, although there are many approaches, there are two divisions: Sutra and Tantra. As it will be explained regarding the actual Mahamudra, there are many approaches. Gyalwa Drikungpa, taking it as the intention of Dromgön Rinpoche, established the distinctions of the four mudras related to the three vehicles. As it is said: From the four profound mudras, the means to attain the three enlightenments, the four mudras of the path, excellently spoken by Dromgön Gongma.

Representing the three vows: the three doors (body, speech, and mind) of the Hearers are the Karma Mudra that never separates. The realization of the selflessness of the individual is said to be the Dharma Mudra. Being free from afflictions is the Samaya. Nirvana without remaining aggregates is the Great Mudra. The three doors of the Bodhisattvas, inseparable from the six perfections, that itself is the Karma Mudra. Being free from illusion and elaboration, that is the Dharma Mudra. Not being tainted by selfish intentions, that is the Samaya Mudra. Emptiness and compassion being of equal taste, that is the Great Mudra. Like the secret mantra earth path, relying on messengers is the Karma Mudra, the union of wind and mind being inseparable, that is the Dharma Mudra. Not breaking the Samaya is the Samaya, the co-emergent wisdom being manifest, that is the Great Mudra. The pith instructions of the Tummo of the path of liberation, the visualization of the body's channels and the elements of the winds are the Karma Mudra, the arising of the bliss wisdom, that is called the Dharma Mudra. Having no attachment is the Samaya, the spontaneously accomplished Great Mudra. Thus it is said. Gö Lotsawa Khyönnu Pal considered that the non-conceptual wisdom that ascertains emptiness itself is the Great Mudra. Therefore, in the initial history of the Great Seal, it says: "Now, all the practices and experiences from the basis of the Buddha's teachings, the Pratimoksha, up to the glorious Guhyasamaja, will be expanded, therefore, the story of the Great Mudra will be told." Thus it is said. Although there are various views like that, in short, they are divided into Sutra and Tantra. Here, the first view will be explained in detail, and in order to show the latter view with few words, the first is explained first. The latter view is that in the Vajra body itself, the great bliss luminosity that arises from skillful means such as hitting the vital points, the Great Mudra of Saraha and Nagarjuna, Naropa and Maitripa, is the essence of the highest tantras revealed from the heart essence of the accomplished ones. Thus it is said. Then, why is it called the Great Mudra? In the Great Mudra Tilaka it says: "'Phyag' (Sanskrit: mudrā, Tibetan: ཕྱག་རྒྱ་, Roman transliteration: mudrā, literal Chinese meaning: seal) is the wisdom of emptiness, 'Gya' (Sanskrit: mudrā, Tibetan: ཕྱག་རྒྱ་, Roman transliteration: mudrā, literal Chinese meaning: seal) is liberation from the dharmas of samsara, 'Chenpo' (Sanskrit: mahā, Tibetan: ཆེན་པོ་, Roman transliteration: mahā, literal Chinese meaning: great) is union, therefore it is called the Great Mudra." Thus it is said, the latter view is that of the Tantric
