, and if one does not consider the purity of cause and effect in virtuous and non-virtuous actions, then the suffering of the lower realms will be unbearable. Even for the subtle and subtle ripening of karma, one should be mindful and conscientious. It is also said that if one does not see faults in desirable qualities, and if renunciation does not arise from within, one will not be able to escape the prison of samsara. Therefore, with the wisdom of knowing everything as illusion, one should rely on the antidote to all arising. It is also said that if one does not repay the kindness of sentient beings, parents of the six realms, one will have the fault of falling into the Hinayana. Therefore, with great compassion, one should train in the mind of enlightenment. Thus, the stages of the path were taught as they are. Dagpo Rinpoche, the main follower of the Lord and the pioneer of the confluence of the Kagyu and Chakchen rivers, also said that in what is known as the Four Dharmas of Dagpo, transforming the mind into Dharma, transforming Dharma into the path, eliminating errors on the path, and transforming errors into wisdom are explained in detail like the Kadampa mind training. Similarly, the great Vajra Holder Drakpa Gyaltsen said in "Separation from Four Attachments": "If you are attached to this life, you are not a Dharma practitioner; if you are attached to samsara, you do not have renunciation; if you are attached to self-interest, you are not a Bodhisattva; if attachment arises, it is not the correct view." Thus, in the severance, the four opposing aspects are directly pointed out, and in the complete severance, the antidote to attachment to this life is to contemplate the precious human rebirth, impermanence, the suffering of the lower realms, etc., as a small person. The antidote to attachment to samsara is to know that all of samsara is of the nature of suffering, and thus to train in the three trainings of the path. The antidote to seeking peace and happiness alone is to cultivate loving-kindness, compassion, and the mind of enlightenment. The antidote to the root of samsara, self-grasping, is to meditate on the selflessness of persons and phenomena. Thus it was taught. Therefore, the sutras and tantras, the authoritative treatises, and all the wise and accomplished masters of Tibet and China have truly praised these paths. So, even if it is taught during the preliminaries, one should not think of it as just a preliminary, but should practice it in conjunction with the main practice. In general, seeing the nature of the mind directly depends on accumulating vast merit and purifying obscurations, so one should strive to accumulate and purify in all session breaks. In particular, the Ornament of the Essence says: "The Hundred Syllable Mantra, according to the ritual, should be recited twenty-one times each."
