When awareness enters into that state, it is amazing to rest in single-pointed concentration. Holding onto whatever arises as conceptual thought, if one recognizes that whatever arises is merely measured by conceptual thought, then the ultimate nature of reality appears and enters the mind's field without depending on other conditions. As it is said, conventional truth becomes the means, and ultimate truth arises from the means. Like that. Awareness enters into the state of arising, that is, the nature of reality arises in the mind's field, and it is wonderful to combine the knowing consciousness with the object and rest in single-pointedness. The meaning of the last two lines of what was said is the same, and the holy one also said: In the state of emptiness, make a spear of awareness spin around, there is no obstruction to the view, Dringriwa. Like that, the intention remains in one. Third, the post-practice of Mahamudra, dedicating the merits of resting in equanimity to unsurpassed enlightenment, in the root text, it is explicitly shown that there are three: preliminary, main, and subsequent practices. Although the way to combine at the end is in the mind, it is not clear, and it will be combined here. Because there will be no interruption in the future, although it is in the root text, the subsequent practice is the virtue that arises from meditating on Mahamudra, all the collections of virtue of the three times, together with the ocean, are dedicated to unsurpassed great enlightenment, and it is also okay to combine it like that. Now, arising from the equanimity of resting in Mahamudra, how to cultivate the practice in the post-meditation state, and when resting in equanimity again, one must definitely determine the general meaning of what is to be refuted without error, and at any time, whether in equanimity or post-meditation, in order to dispel doubts about other extremes, in order to show them all in one place, therefore, like this: After becoming accustomed to that, whatever appears in the field of the six aggregates, carefully understand the way it appears, the reality appears nakedly, whatever arises is the key to recognizing the view. In short, self-mind and so on, whatever appears, do not grasp at that thing, determine the reality of that thing, and always cultivate it. After knowing like this, all the phenomena of samsara and nirvana are combined into one nature. So it is said. After becoming accustomed to equanimity like that, in the post-meditation state, whatever appearance of form and so on appears in the field of the six aggregates such as eye consciousness, one should carefully understand the way it appears with the discriminating wisdom that makes it good.

Having examined in this way, although it appears to be true, like mirages, illusions, dreams, and reflections of the moon in water, although they appear, the state of dependent arising, which lacks the essence of autonomy, is revealed nakedly. Based on this, the certainty about the nature of reality increases. As Lord Maitreya said, "Whatever arises, recognizing it is the key to the view." Now, what is the need to say much? In short, for us ordinary beings, whatever object appears, such as our own mind, the way it appears is the appearance to be refuted. Therefore, do not be attached to the meaning of the appearance, but be sure to ascertain the negation that those states are established as they appear, and abide in equanimity like the sky. After rising from that, when you look at what remains after the negation, there are only names and labels. The activities and interdependent relationships undeniably arise, and you should always cultivate the post-meditation yoga alternately. Having understood the way to cultivate equanimity and subsequent attainment in this way, you should also combine all the phenomena of samsara and nirvana into one inseparable ultimate nature of truth, which is merely the meaning of negation, and abide in equanimity. In the subsequent attainment, you should combine the conventional nature, which is merely an appearance like an illusion, and familiarize yourself with it. As Arya Deva also said, "Whatever is the view of one thing, it is said to be the view of all things. Whatever is one emptiness, that is the emptiness of all things." So it is said. So, in the state of abiding in the nature of reality, do the phenomena of dependent arising appear only as names? If asked, now, in the nature of reality, in the state of abiding properly, one should say, "Although it is free from the extremes of elaboration of samsara and nirvana, such as existence and non-existence." As Lord Milarepa said, "In terms of ultimate truth, there is neither demon nor Buddha, neither meditator nor object of meditation, neither ground to be traversed nor path signs, neither fruition body nor wisdom, neither that nor nirvana, only names and words are labeled, the three realms and all that moves, primordially unestablished, there is no birth, there is no co-emergent without a basis, there is no karma or karmic ripening, therefore there is not even the name of samsara, the ultimate meaning appears now." And "The Prajnaparamita that is beyond speech, thought, and expression." And so on, and
