All the bodies and enjoyments of oneself and others, and all the roots of virtue accumulated in the three times, their shape is like the four continents and Mount Meru, which are the excellent vessel world, in which the wealth of gods and humans and all the essential enjoyments are complete, their number is equal to the number of dust particles in the Buddha-fields, their expanse is boundless like the sky, their time is until the end of samsara, with a sincere heart, I offer to the compassionate gurus and Three Jewels. In order to actually offer the mandala, I arrange the thirty-seven heaps of mandalas etc. according to the ritual, in short, it is said that Jowo (Atisha) collected them from the sutras. Visualize that the ground is scented with incense, scattered hundreds of thousands of times, and finally, the offered objects are owned by all the accumulation fields. Visualize that the two accumulations of oneself and all other beings are complete, and that one can attain Buddhahood immediately. Finally, gather the accumulation field into oneself. Third, the Vajrasattva practice that purifies obstacles and sins: On the lotus and moon seat on the crown of one's ordinary head, visualize the guru Vajrasattva, white, holding a vajra and bell, complete with the sambhogakaya ornaments, sitting in the vajra posture, the thumb of the right hand touching one's brow. On the lotus and moon in his heart, visualize a white Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽) syllable surrounded by a white garland of the hundred-syllable mantra, focus the mind slightly. If you want to practice extensively, you can also fully generate the four limbs, but there is no contradiction, but the teacher said that this is enough here. In general, purifying sins requires the four powers, this is the power of reliance. Generate a strong feeling of regret and remorse for the sins and their causes of oneself and all other sentient beings. Led by the power of aversion or regret, with sincere faith, pray to the guru Vajrasattva to purify all the sins and defilements of oneself and all other sentient beings, and recite the hundred-syllable mantra with one-pointed mind, thereby moving his heart. A stream of nectar descends from the mantra wheel, the thumb of the right foot breaks, enters from the crown of one's head, and washes the entire body inside and out. Visualize that all the sins and their habitual tendencies accumulated from beginningless time are purified. This is the power of relying on the antidote. Finally, recite the words of the Abhidharma sutra such as "Protector me".

Therefore, it is slightly irrelevant at this time. Please, please, Vajrasattva, purify and cleanse all the sins, obscurations, transgressions, and downfalls of myself and all other sentient beings. After praying in this way, Vajrasattva dissolves into light and merges into oneself, visualizing the body transforming into a flawless divine body, and the mind transforming into a non-conceptual Dharmakaya, abiding in this state. From now on, even if faced with life-threatening situations, do not engage in negative actions, and abiding in this kind of thought and behavior is the power to restore transgressions. Possessing these is the best antidote to purify sins. Fourth, the Guru Yoga that quickly integrates blessings. Main practice, subsequent practice. First, the preliminary practice is to generate the support. In the space in front of oneself, on a lion throne, lotus, and moon cushion, the essence is the root guru, and the form is the lord of the teachings of this realm, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha. The body shines like polished gold, wearing the three Dharma robes, with hands in the earth-touching mudra and meditation mudra. Seated in the vajra posture, the body is adorned with marks and signs, and rays of light radiate in all ten directions. Visualize all the refuge objects such as lineage gurus merging into it, possessing the essence of all the holy beings. The main practice is prayer. With strong devotion. Pray to the embodiment of all Buddhas of the three times, the glorious and precious Guru. Please bless my mindstream. Please bless the arising of loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhicitta in the mindstream. After praying so strongly and persistently, receive the empowerment. Again, with unbearably strong devotion, request the Guru's mindstream. It dissolves into light and merges into oneself, visualizing the Guru's body, speech, and mind as inseparable from one's own body, speech, and mind, generating the wisdom of empowerment, and maintaining the un fabricated natural state. Fifth, the practice of the Shakyamuni Buddha with signs and mantras. If it is after the preliminary practice, one can directly enter the main practice. At other times, first practice refuge, bodhicitta, and the four immeasurables. Purify it into emptiness through Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, Chinese literal meaning: self-nature). From within emptiness, on a jeweled throne supported by eight lions, on a moon cushion, the essence of one's own mind, the yellow Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable, emits rays of light. The noble
