Think that the experience of bliss and emptiness arises in both. Meditate until bliss arises, and when bliss arises, mix it with emptiness. If bliss disappears due to the experience of emptiness, then meditate on the light wheel again and stimulate bliss. Finally, seal it with emptiness. This is the yoga of using bliss as the path, looking at the expedient path of the Action Tantra's own system. The second is: First, visualize the root mother in front of you. From the time this mother gave rise to my body and life, she has bestowed uninterrupted benefits in all lifetimes and protected me from immeasurable harm. Thinking that her kindness is very great, cultivate immeasurable love. This mother, from beginningless time, has only engaged in the cause and effect of suffering in this cycle of existence, and there is no time for liberation. Thinking that she is pitiful, cultivate immeasurable compassion. Thinking that only I can liberate this mother from the suffering of cyclic existence and definitely place her in the state of unsurpassed enlightenment, cultivate immeasurable bodhicitta. After becoming proficient in this, practice equally towards enemies, obstacles, and limitless sentient beings. The third is divided into two parts: practice and application to activities. The first is: In front of you, at a suitable distance, display an image of the Great Compassionate One, complete with characteristics and signs, whether painted or sculpted, and arrange offerings in front of it. Visualize it as the actual Great Compassionate One, and make offerings and praises. With the thought that you are my only hope, cast away reliance, and pray to the guru, the Great Compassionate One, Avalokiteśvara, for all sentient beings equal to space. Please bless me to transfer my consciousness to great bliss. Pray like this many times. Visualize your own consciousness transforming into a white Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉字字面意思:吽), forcefully exiting from the right nostril, entering the heart from the right nostril of the Lord, and focus your mind there. Then, it emerges from the left nostril and enters the heart from the left nostril. Again, it is emitted from the right nostril, and so on, practice many times. Finally, at the time of ending the session, after the Hūṃ dissolves into your own heart, the Lord comes to your crown. Pray for the attainment of the deathless life, and the Lord transforms into light and dissolves from the Brahma aperture. Visualize your body filled with a stream of nectar, possessing a deathless life and ageless youth, and make dedications and aspirations. The second is: When the time of certain death approaches,

End as before, and for the sins and non-virtues committed previously, confess and restrain fully. Offer the body and possessions to the mandala, completely sever attachment and clinging, so that there is not the slightest bit of greed or displeasure. One's own consciousness, the white Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), emerges from the right nostril, as in the stage of purification. When it dissolves into the heart of Jowo (referring to the Buddha), remain in the state of clear light. Do not visualize the consciousness returning, but repeatedly project it. If even that does not accomplish transference, visualize one's own body also dissolving into light, quietly dissolving into the heart of Jowo, and then abide in non-thought. Thus, the best are liberated into clear light, the middling and the lowest are reborn as gods and humans. It is said that auspicious signs such as rainbows, lights, and relics will appear. This instruction is for the stage of yoga with signs when meditating on a single seat. First, gather the outer and inner worlds into clear light, and then practice the protective circle and the deity yoga, so that the practice is easy and does not contradict the meaning. A body endowed with leisure and the eight qualities of excellence, fortunate ones who wish to extract the essence, enter this unerring and supreme path, and you will quickly attain the ocean of samādhi. The chapter on the guidance of Avalokiteśvara, the all-pervading compassion, from the guidance of the four deities of the Kadampa tradition, is concluded. Oṃ Svasti Siddham. Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svasti siddhaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, may there be well-being, may there be accomplishment.) To all the impoverished, in the six times, the venerable one who cherishes like an only child, constantly worship in the heart's stamen, and explain the guidance of the five recollections. Third, the guidance on the five recollections of the noble Tārā, the deity of activity arising from the Kadampa precious doctrine, is divided into three parts: preliminaries, main practice, and concluding practice. The first part has two points: refuge and bodhicitta. The first point is, as usual, the preparation for entering into meditation, opening with a particularly virtuous mind, such as giving clear guidance on the common preliminaries. Visualize in front of oneself the arrangement of the pure land, abundant with splendor, the trunk of the wish-fulfilling tree divided into five branches, in the center a jeweled throne raised by peacocks and a lotus and moon seat, the guru Amitābha appearing in the form of an emanation body, surrounded by the root and lineage gurus in the form of Amitābha. In front is the Tārā of the acacia forest and the deity mandala, on the right are the Buddhas, behind is the Dharma, on the left is the Saṅgha, and surrounding are the ḍākinīs and Dharma protectors.
