Secondly, in the mandala of three thousand worlds and dust motes, in a palace like before, on a lotus and moon cushion, from the yellow Oṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：ओँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable Om) emanates the Great Sage, Shakyamuni Buddha, with the appearance of an emanation body of the Great Snow Mountain Sea. The right hand bestows refuge, and the left hand is in meditative equipoise. Supreme pairs are erected to the right and left, and he resides there. He teaches the Dharma of the Four Noble Truths, emanates in many realms, and performs the benefit of sentient beings. Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and noble Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas fill the surrounding sides of that palace. From the letters in the three places of all of them, rays of light emanate, purifying the habitual tendencies of all six realms. In the heart of that is the ninth bindu, inside the palace, on top of a lotus and moon disc, from a dark green ཏཱཾ་ (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: तां, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Dang) appears Wrathful Dark Green Tara, with a dark green body, one face, and four arms. The first two hands hold a curved knife and a skull cup. The lower two hands hold a damaru and a khatvanga. She wears a human skin cloak, a tiger skin loincloth, and the six bone ornaments.
