Abandon all hope of attaining Nirvana for oneself! Finally, also abandon the expectation of becoming a Buddha for one's own sake and train! Regarding the merits of practice, do not be impatient or have high expectations; if the demons know, they will create obstacles. Strive diligently and persistently, and even if you are not ashamed and no results come, do not become lazy. Abandon poisonous food! This means, do not regard "self-grasping" as an enemy, do not abandon cherishing yourself, but keep it deep in your heart. Whatever Dharma is done with the concept of holding things as real becomes a cause of samsara, binds to samsara, and creates suffering, like poisonous food, so abandon it! Do not rely on good government! Holding a grudge against others for doing unreasonable things and turning it into a raging fire is what should be abandoned! Do not speak evil words! It means, no matter what kind of work you encounter, do not speak evil words that sting the hearts of others and are insincere. Whether to those close, distant, good, or bad, whether answering or not, do not speak evil words, abandon harsh and violent language! Do not wait for revenge! It means, keeping the harm caused by others in mind and waiting for the right time to retaliate is what should be abandoned! Do not attack the vital point! It means, whether it is a human or non-human, do not expose their shortcomings. For non-humans, reciting fierce mantras; for humans, exposing their shortcomings in discipline, etc., in front of the crowd is what should be abandoned! Do not put the burden of a mule on an ox! It means, for the responsibilities and burdens that befall you and that you do not want, transferring them to others through various deceptions, such malicious and flawed behavior should be abandoned! Do not pursue the peak of speed! It means, for the things you want, hoping that they will quickly belong to you, abandon this greedy behavior of not being good at acquiring, and all the means of turning them into your own! Do not die of greed, it is said that if you let it happen naturally and let others obtain it through karma, you will feel happy. Do not perform inverted sacrifices! It means, if deep down you hope to become better, but take a path of failure and submission; if deep down you hope to eliminate the harm of ghosts, but practice in this situation, there is no difference from performing inverted sacrifices, so abandon this self-deception that does not touch the root! For a single thought, if you understand the result or necessity of mind training as only one benefit, then doing so is no different from what the Bonpos do.

Practice Dharma must become the antidote to afflictions and conceptual thoughts. Do not turn gods into demons. This means that if worldly gods are not pleased, they will cause harm, so regard gods as those who bring benefit. If they cause harm, then they have become demons. Similarly, practicing mind training is to subdue self-grasping, but if one becomes arrogant because of it, thinking, "I am a good practitioner of mind training, others do not have such Dharma," thereby giving rise to pride, self-righteousness, and looking down on others, then that should be cleared away. Nowadays, if practitioners of Dharma enhance their self-grasping through Dharma, then it becomes the Dharma of the enemy, like sending a thief into the forest and then cutting down the rocky mountain. Therefore, abandon all of that, treat it like using medicine to cure illness, belittle self-grasping, and act like the last servant of all beings. Do not seek suffering in return for happiness. This means that if one is happy when others suffer for one's own happiness, for example, if one's family and friends die, one says, "It's best that they died," if the patron gets sick or dies, one says, "There will be offerings and merit," if the meditation friend in that place dies, one thinks, "Only I will have merit," if this enemy dies, I will be happy, these should be abandoned. Because one is to enjoy the merit of each sentient being, wherever one goes, there will be enemies caught by karma. Seventh, showing the teachings of mind training is to practice these Dharmas so that mind training does not decline but increases more and more, so one should learn. All yogas are done with one. This means that practicing other Dharmas, such as diet and behavior, each has its own yogas, but those who enter this Dharma, for all things such as diet, it is enough to focus on this one, so one should practice in this way. All wrong thoughts are countered with one. This means that some people who are blessed by demons do not believe in this profound Dharma, so such wrong thoughts arise: after practicing mind training, the illness becomes more serious, the harm of ghosts becomes more serious, people's tongues become more malicious, self-grasping and other afflictions become more serious, or without such a reason, one does not want to practice mind training, so there is a danger of regression.
