The same as what was said during the ten virtues will be reversed, that is, long life, wealth, freedom from enemies, praise and many friends, pleasant words, honest words, wishes fulfilled, inner peace and increased wisdom, these are the ten favorable conditions for virtue. Great power, good years, happy mood, equality between high and low, fertile land, lush roots and trees, timely seasons, plump grains, delicious taste, and abundant fruits are the self-nature results of the ten virtues. Thus, abiding in the ten virtues is the cause of constant happiness in this life and the next, therefore I constantly abide in the ten virtues, meditate on this repeatedly. The twentieth-first contemplation. It is very important to understand the differences between cause and effect in detail at these times, so it is important to ask the lama again and again, and the disciple should understand it with his heart, not just listen to it and forget it, but put it into practice on himself. Now, in the Dharma gate of thinking about cause and effect, the most core essence is this Dharma, that is, think about the black and white cause and effect as mentioned earlier. For the sins and non-virtuous deeds committed in the past, it is very important to offer confession with the four powers complete. From the aspect of the object of refuge, generate refuge and Bodhicitta, rely on the power of remedy to perform all the virtues of purifying sins, rely on the power of regret to feel regret for what has been done in the past, and rely on the power of restraint to vow never to commit again. These four powers must be complete. After that, at the beginning and end of each session, perform such a confession once. During the breaks between sessions, repeatedly confess and confess in front of the Khenpo, Acharya, Lama, Three Jewels, Sangha, etc., and even if these are not complete, visualize the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas filling the sky and confess to them. When confessing, recite the confession texts of the Sutra of Three Aggregates and the Sutra of Golden Light, etc., and truthfully state the sins you have committed without hiding or concealing them, which is very important. Not only do not commit the ten non-virtuous deeds, but also for all things, big and small, that belong to sinful non-virtuous deeds, do not do them yourself, nor teach others to do them, do not rejoice or be happy about sins, nor praise and praise them, meditate like this. For white virtuous deeds, not only the ten virtuous deeds, but also saving the lives of other beings, giving food and clothing, giving utensils, and guarding the precepts.

Regarding the offerings to the Three Jewels and all virtuous deeds such as faith, one should strive to accomplish them oneself as much as possible, and also encourage others to do so. One should also rejoice and praise the virtuous deeds done by oneself and others, thinking in this way. Furthermore, actions that are neither virtuous nor non-virtuous are called indeterminate actions, such as walking, standing, sleeping, sitting, and other various uncertain activities. Although these actions do not have ripening results, they waste time meaninglessly. Do not be dominated by laziness and distraction. In order to avoid the occurrence of indeterminate actions, one should also turn one's mind and actions solely towards virtuous deeds, contemplating in this way. Incidentally, during breaks between sessions, one should also think like this: In order to accumulate extraordinary merit from life to life, it is necessary to attain a noble celestial body with eight qualities. Therefore, abandoning the thought of harming others leads to longevity, giving offerings of lamps and clothes leads to a beautiful form, having no arrogance and being respectful towards lamas and pure practitioners of celibacy leads to a noble lineage, and towards beneficial

If one is reborn in the six realms, the suffering of being reborn in the three lower realms is like that. If one is reborn as a human, although one might think it is happy, it is not, because most humans are born from the womb. One must stay in the womb for nine or ten months. In that womb, one always experiences three kinds of suffering: the suffering of narrowness, the suffering of darkness, and the suffering of unpleasant smells. When very hungry, it is like swallowing dust; when full, it is like being pressed down by a heavy object; if one eats warm food, it is like being cooked in a hot spring; if one eats cold food, it is as painful as being placed in an ice cellar. When being born from the womb, it is like being squeezed between the wood of an oil press, and all the joints separate and break, causing great suffering. As soon as one is born, everything one touches feels rough; even if wrapped in soft silk, it is like being thrown into a thorn bush. When taken into someone else's hands, it is as painful as a bird being carried off by an eagle. Now we ourselves do not remember it, and if we did remember, we would not need other (evidence). Just thinking about the suffering of birth, one knows that being reborn as a human has no benefit at all. Because of the power of karma, one must do something that prevents rebirth in samsara. The initial suffering of humans, being born from the womb, is like that. In general, wherever one is born in the three realms, it is suffering; wherever one is born in any of the six realms, it is suffering; however one is born, it is suffering, because it possesses five kinds of suffering. That is, the so-called "birth is suffering" means that one must be born with sharp thorns. The so-called "birth is the cause of bad rebirths" means that one must be born with the seeds for increasing afflictions. The so-called "birth becomes a place of suffering" is because from birth onwards, other sufferings such as aging, sickness, and death arise. The so-called "birth becomes a place of afflictions" is because after taking birth, one encounters bad circumstances, many afflictions arise, and from this, one accumulates many actions that drive (karma). The so-called "birth itself decaying involuntarily is suffering" refers to the fact that birth itself is decaying moment by moment. Therefore, one should contemplate that birth is suffering. This is the second point of contemplation. Furthermore, people have the suffering of aging. When aging, there are five sufferings of decline. The so-called decline of color
