ར་སོན་མོན་གྲབ་པ། །འགྲོ་བའི་ འདྲེན་པ་གསུམ་ལ། །ཟབ་ཅིང་རྒྱ་ཆེའི་ཆོས་ལ་མངའ་བརྙེས་པས། །སྐལ་ལྡན་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་སྐྱབས་སུ་གྱུར། །ཕྲིན་ལས་བཟང་པོས་བསྟན་པ་རྒྱས་མཛད་པ། །རྗེ་བཙུན་བླ་མའི་ཞབས་ལ༴། །བློ་གྲོས་ཁང་བཟང་བསླབ་གསུམ་ནོར་གྱིས་ཕྱུག །བཟང་པོའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་གདུལ་བྱའི་དཔལ་དུ་ཤར། །གྲགས་པའི་འོད་ཟེར་འཛམ་གླིང་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་འཕྲོ། །བློ་བཟང་གྲགས་པའི་ཞབས་ལ༴། །མཁས་གྲུབ་ཆེན་པོ་ཤེས་རབ་སེང་གེའི་ཞབས། ཞེས་སོགས་མན་གོང་ལྟར་རོ། །དེ་ཡོད་འདིའི་རིག་པའི་ཁུ་བྱུག་གཉིས་པ་ཡན་ཆད་ནི་ཟབ་མོ་ལྟ་བའི་སྒོས་བརྒྱུད་དངོས་ཡིན་ལ། དེ་མན་ཆད་བརྒྱུད་སྲོལ་གཉིས་ཀ་ཆུ་བོ་གཅིག་འདྲེས་སུ་གྱུར་པས་བརྒྱུད་པ་ཐ་དད་མེད་མོད། འོན་ཀྱང་རྗེ་རིན་པོ་ཆེས་ལམ་རིམ་ཆེན་མོར། རྗེ་བཙུན་དམ་པ་ནམ་མཁའི་མཚན་ཅན་ལས་དགོན་པ་བ་ནས་སྣེའུ་ཟུར་པ་ལ་བརྒྱུད་པ་དང༌། སྤྱན་སྔ་བ་ནས་བརྒྱུད་པའི་ལམ་གྱི་རིམ་པ་ཐོས་ཤིང༌། རྗེ་བཙུན་དམ་པ་བཟང་པོའི་མཐའ་ཅན་ལས། པོ་ཏོ་བ་ནས་ཤ་ར་བ་ལ་བརྒྱུད་པ་དང༌། པོ་ཏོ་བ་ནས་དོལ་པ་ལ་བརྒྱུད་པའི་ལམ་གྱི་རིམ་པ་ཐོབ་ཅེས་གསུངས་པ་ལྟར། བྲ་གོར་མཁན་ཆེན་ཆོས་སྐྱབས་བཟང་བོ་ལས་གསན་པའི་བརྒྱུད་པའི་ཁྱད་པར་རོ། །ཡང་ན་སྟོན་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་རྗེས་སུ། །གྲུབ་པའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཆེན་པོ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་འབར། །བཤེས་གཉེན་ཚུལ་བཞིན་བསྟེན་མཛད་གཞོན་ནུ་འོད། །ཐེག་མཆོག་ལམ་གྱིས་རྒྱུད་སྦྱོང་སྒྱེར་སྒོམ་ཞབས། །རྒྱལ་བའི་སྲས་པོ་གསུམ་ལ། །རྨད་བྱུང་ཡོན་ཏན་མཛོད་འཛིན་སངས་རྒྱས་དབོན། །དམ་པས་བྱིན་བརླབས་ནམ་མཁའ་རྒྱལ་བོ་དང༌། ནམ་མཁའ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་ཞབས་ལ༴། །བློ་གྲོས་ཁང་བཟང་སོགས་གོང་བཞིན་ནོ། །དེ་ལྟར་རྩ་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་བླ་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་མཚན་ནས་སྨོས་ཏེ་དད་མོས་དྲག་པོས་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པའི་མཐར་ལམ་གྱི་རིམ་པའི་མངོན་རྟོགས་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེ་བའི་ སླད་དུ་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་པ་ནི། །ཡོན་ཏན་ཀུན་གྱི་གཞིར་གྱུར་དྲིན་ཅན་རྗེ། །ཚུལ་བཞིན་བསྟེན་པ་ལམ་གྱི་རྩ་བ་རུ། །ལེགས་པར་མཐོང་ནས་འབད་པ་དུ་མ་ཡིས། །གུས་པོ་ཆེན་པོས་བསྟེན་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། ལན་ཅིག་རྙེད་པའི་དལ་བའི་རྟེན་བཟང་འདི། །ཤིན་ཏུ་རྙེད་དཀའ་དོན་ཆེ་ཤེས་གྱུར་ནས། །ཉིན་མཚན་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྙིང་པོ་ལེན་པའི་བློ། །རྒྱུན་ཆད་མེད་པར་སྐྱེ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །ལུས་སྲོག་གཡོ་བ་ཆུ་ཡི་ཆུ་བུར་བཞིན། །མྱུར་དུ་འཇིག་པའི་འཆི་བ་དྲན་པ་དང༌། །ཤི་བའི་རྗེས་སུ་ལུས་དང་གྲིབ་མ་བཞིན། །

Virtuous deeds shine as the glory of those to be tamed. The rays of fame spread in the ten directions of Jambudvipa. At the feet of Lobsang Drakpa... Having obtained this excellent support of leisure once, Knowing that it is very difficult to find and of great meaning, The mind to take its essence day and night, Please bless me to generate it continuously. Body and life are moving like a bubble of water. Remembering death, which quickly disintegrates. After death, like body and shadow.
