Then, abiding without any mental fabrication means analyzing the external and internal phenomena and returning to a state of emptiness, or contemplating the face and limbs of the deity, causing other thoughts to dissolve into it. One should also learn to abide in that state of indistinctness. The pacified abiding without an object arises. This is a profound and crucial point that seems ordinary but is difficult to ascertain. The one hundred and thirty-first instruction. Then, for enhancement: walk around a bit and look at the previous state. Slightly mix speech, memory, and thought, and look at the pacified abiding, and gradually it will increase. If you feel lazy, the body and mind will be distracted and indulge in agitation, and then practicing will become extremely clear. The one hundred and thirty-second instruction. Then, for generating insight, there are two aspects: the main practice and the enhancement. The first also has two aspects: appearance and emptiness. Appearance is: in this way, the appearances of objects of knowledge are like illusions. Like entering a dream, whatever appears, contemplate that appearances are unreal. However, there is a big difference between 'like an illusion' and 'thinking it is like an illusion.' Although it was explained like that before, here it should be emphasized on actual practice. The one hundred and thirty-third instruction. Then, for training in emptiness: from the moment phenomena appear, the more you look, the more you feel empty and without trace, abiding in a state like the sky without any mental fabrication. The previous emptiness was analyzed and refuted, but here it is taught as self-emptiness, emptiness of encounter, so the difference is great. The one hundred and thirty-fourth instruction. Then, for enhancement: whatever activity you do, mix the appearance of emptiness and the abandonment of emptiness and practice. If you feel lazy, then without being distracted for even a moment by the many objects such as forms, diligently practice clarity and emptiness without grasping, and you will achieve it. The one hundred and thirty-fifth instruction. Then, for union, there are also two aspects: the main practice and the enhancement. The first is to straighten the body, and without judging whatever appears or arises, just greatly contemplate the self-nature of that, the awareness that arises in its own time. Not looking outwards, but abiding inwards, this is a crucial and profound key point. Then, constantly abiding in the state of spontaneous equality, movement does not harm abiding, the nature of the union of awareness, emptiness, and appearance is the intention of the three bodies in their own place.

has arrived. Guidance step one hundred and thirty-six. Then, the arising is: When the sky is clear and cloudless, turn your back to the sun, restrain your gaze and look up at the expanse of the sky. Just as the external example is that the sky is pure, when the inner sky of awareness is pure, the nature of reality, which is the pure sky of the secret luminous essence, transcends all boundaries and centers, manifests in an instant. This is the supremely profound instruction of the Nepalese Kama Shri. If drowsy, train separately in calm and insight. If sinking, loosen. If agitated, subdue. Combining with all activities is the key to training. Guidance step one hundred and thirty-seven. Then, the recitation is: When meditating like this, with the meditation of experience and mind abiding, and good thoughts, bad thoughts, pure appearances, and confused appearances, everything is without support, the great emptiness. The great emptiness of the exhaustion of phenomena and the cessation of mind. The great emptiness of impartiality and equality. The great emptiness of groundlessness and lightness, becoming one taste. Do not grasp at anything. Do not conceptualize anything. Do not ask anyone. Do not rely on anywhere. Cut the bonds of pride and hope and fear, and abide in the state of the great emptiness of the exhaustion of phenomena and the cessation of mind. Recite in the realm of the great primordial uncreated. Do not turn back, establish the certainty of non-thought on the existing ground. Guidance step one hundred and thirty-eight. The third meaning is abandoning hope and fear for the result, which has three aspects: The self-face of the dharmata realm. The self-nature of the realm's appearance as form. The play of wisdom from the form. The first is: Not established in either samsara or nirvana, without limitation or partiality in any place. The basis for the appearance of anything is the realm, the ultimate truth. It is the ultimate end of conceptual thoughts. The root of exhausted things. The ultimate end of terminated things. It is called the fundamental dharmadhatu. That itself is also inseparable from the self-arisen wisdom of each individual. The self-awareness free from elaboration pointed out by the lama. Without limitation or partiality, this is oneself. It cannot be sought from elsewhere. In the Secret Essence it says: The nature of mind is the complete Buddha, therefore, the Buddha cannot be sought from elsewhere. Even if sought, the Victorious Ones will not find it. Thus it is said. That is also, the realm of the Buddha is obscured by sudden stains, merely established as naturally pure, know that there is no good or bad in the essence, now abide in the great spontaneously accomplished dharmadhatu of awareness and emptiness.
