ང་སྣང་དུ་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པའོ། གཉིས་པ་ནི། དཔེར་ན་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྡིང་ལ་བྱ་བྲན་ལྟ་བུའི་རྩོལ་བ་དང་། ངམ་གྲོག་ལྟ་བུའི་གཡང་ས་ལ་དོགས་པ་དང་། འགྲོ་སར་མི་ཕྱིན་དོགས་པའི་འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་པར་ཡུད་ཙམ་གྱིས་གར་འདོད་ཕྱིན་པ་ལྟར། མཉམ་ཉིད་རྟོགས་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་པས། རྣལ་འབྱོར་འོག་མ་ལྟ་བུའི་རྩོལ་བ་དང་། འོག་མར་ལྟུང་གིས་དོགས་པ་དང་། །འཚང་མི་རྒྱ་དོགས་པའི་འདུ་ཤེས་མེད་པར་རྩོལ་མེད་ཀྱི་ངང་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ས་ལ་གཤེགས་པའོ། །གསུམ་པ་དྲོད་རྟགས་བསྟན་པ་ནི། རྩ་ཚིག་ལས། ཡོ་བྱད་འདུ་ཤེས་ཐམས་ཅད་འགོག །དགེ་དང་མི་དགེ་རྣམ་རྟོག་མེད། །ཉོན་མོངས་སྒྲིབ་པ་རྣམ་པར་དག །ཉམས་ཀྱི་རྨི་ལྟས་སྣ་ཚོགས་འབྱུང་། །ཞེས་པས། ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བ་གསུམ་ལས། གསང་བའི་དྲོད་རྟགས་ནི། ཉོན་མོངས་དང་ཁམས་དང་སྐྱེ་གནས་ཀྱི་ཟག་པ་གསུམ་དང་བྲལ་བ། །དགེ་སྡིག་གཉིས་ཀྱི་འབྲས་བུ་བདེ་སྡུག་གཉིས་ལ་རེ་དོགས་གཉིས་མེད། སྐྱེ་རྒ་ན་འཆིའི་ཆུ་བོ་བཞི་བརྒལ། བདུད་བཞི་བཅོམས་ནས་ཟག་མེད་མཉམ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་རྒྱུན་ཆད་མེད་པར་རང་ངོ་ཤིན་ཏུ་རྣམ་པར་དག་གོ །ཉམས་སྒྲོན་ལས། མཉམ་ཉིད་ཀུན་བྲལ་ཀུན་དངོས་ཕྱིར། །ཟག་མེད་ཟས་གོས་ཞེན་པ་གྲོལ། །ཀུན་བརྟགས་ཉོན་མོངས་ཆགས་སྡང་དང་། །ངར་འཛིན་ཕྱོགས་ཆ་རེ་དོགས་དང་། །ཆོས་བརྒྱད་ལ་སོགས་རྩད་ནས་ཆོད། །འཇིགས་པ་ལྔ་བྲལ་བདུད་བཞི་བཅོམ། །འདུ་འབྲལ་མེད་པའི་དགོངས་པ་ལ། །དུས་ཕྱེད་བཏང་སྙོམས་ཆེན་པོར་གནས། །ཞེས་སོ། །ནང་རྟགས་ནི། མངོན་བར་ཤེས་པ་སྤྱན་ལྔ་དང་དྲུག་སྟེ། མ་བསྒྲིབས་རང་གསལ་མཉམ་ཉིད་ཀྱི། །ཟག་མེད་ཤེས་རབ་སྤྱན་མངའ་བས། །མངོན་པར་ཤེས་པ་རྣམ་པ་དྲུག །གསལ་དང་རྒྱུན་གྱིས་ཁྱད་པར་འཕགས། །ཞེས་སོ། །ཕྱི་རྟགས་ནི། གཞན་སྣང་གི་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པས་འགྲོ་བ་འདུལ་བ་སྟེ། མཉམ་ཉིད་ངང་ལས་མ་གཡོས་བཞིན། །ཞིང་ཁམས་སྟོང་གསུམ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་ཕྲག །ཐུགས་རྗེས་རང་བྱུང་སྤྲུལ་པ་ཡི། །རྔོན་དང་སྨད་འཚོང་ཤན་པ་དང་། །ལྷ་མིའི་བསོད་ནམས་ལྡན་ལ་སོགས། །གང་ལ་གང་ལྟར་འདུལ་བ་བཞིན། །མངོན་ཤེས་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་སྣ་ཚོགས་དང་། ། སྤྲུལ་པའི་ལུས་ཀྱིས་འདུལ་བར་བྱེད། །རང་བྱུང་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་བཞིར་སྣང་བ། །ཉི་ཟླ་ཞོན་ནས་མཁའ་ལ་འགྲོ། །རི་བྲག་ལ་སོགས་ཐོགས་མེད་དང་། །ཆུ་ལ་མི་བྱིངས་མེས་མི་ཚིག །དུག་དང་མཚོན་དང་ནད་མི་ཚུགས། །ཆུ་རྒྱུན་བཟློག་དང་རླུང་མི་འགུལ། །སྲེག་པའི་བསྐལ་པ་གཞིལ་ལ་སོགས། །ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འབུམ་འབྱེ

我于显现中任运成就。第二，譬如雄鹰翱翔于天空，没有像麻雀一样的造作，没有像身处险峻峡谷一样的担忧，也没有担心要去的地方去不了的念头，瞬间即可到达任何想去的地方。同样，证悟平等性的瑜伽士， 没有像下等瑜伽一样的造作，没有堕入下等的担忧，也没有不能解脱的念头，于无勤之中即可到达佛地。第三，指示暖相：根本偈颂中说：断绝一切事物之念，无有善与非善之分别念，烦恼障碍彻底清净，出现各种体验之梦兆。因此，在外内密三种中，秘密的暖相是：远离烦恼、界、生处的三种漏。对于善恶二者的果报——苦乐二者，没有希冀和担忧。超越生老病死的四条河流，降伏四魔，无漏平等性的三摩地，自性极其清净。《体验明灯》中说：平等性远离一切，又是一切事物之实性，因此，无漏，对食物衣服的执着解脱。断绝一切遍计所执的烦恼、贪嗔，我执、偏袒、希冀担忧，以及八法等。远离五种恐惧，降伏四魔。于无有聚合分离之见地上，处于半时的大平等中。如是。内在的征象是：具有五眼六通，无有遮蔽，自明，平等性的，具有无漏智慧之眼，因此，六种神通，在清晰和持续方面超胜。如是。外在的征象是：以他显现的各种神变来调伏众生，处于平等性中未曾动摇，以慈悲心，于三千大千世界中，以自然化现的猎人、妓女、屠夫，以及具有天人福报者等，随应所化而调伏。以神通和各种神变， 以化身来调伏。显现四种自然神变：乘坐日月于空中行走，于山岩等处无有阻碍，入水不溺，入火不焚，毒药刀剑疾病不能侵，逆转水流，风不能动，摧毁劫末之火等，显现无数个太阳轮。

I am spontaneously accomplished in appearance. Secondly, for example, like an eagle soaring in the sky, without the effort of a sparrow, without the worry of being in a steep canyon, and without the thought of not being able to go where it wants, it can instantly reach anywhere it wants. Similarly, the yogi who realizes equality, without the effort of a lower yoga, without the fear of falling into the lower realms, and without the thought of not being able to be liberated, can reach the Buddha-land effortlessly. Thirdly, indicating the signs of warmth: The root verses say: Cutting off all thoughts of things, without the distinction of good and non-good, the afflictions and obscurations are completely purified, and various dream signs of experience appear. Therefore, among the three outer, inner, and secret aspects, the secret sign of warmth is: being free from the three outflows of afflictions, realms, and birthplaces. Regarding the results of good and evil—the two, happiness and suffering—there is no hope or fear. Transcending the four rivers of birth, old age, sickness, and death, subduing the four maras, the samadhi of non-outflow equality, the self-nature is extremely pure. The "Lamp of Experience" says: Equality is away from everything, and it is the reality of all things, therefore, without outflows, attachment to food and clothing is liberated. Cutting off all afflictions of complete imputation, greed and hatred, self-grasping, partiality, hope and fear, and the eight worldly dharmas, etc. Being free from the five fears, subduing the four maras. In the view of no aggregation or separation, abiding in great equanimity for half the time. Thus. The inner signs are: having the five eyes and six superknowledges, unobscured, self-luminous, equality, having the eye of non-outflow wisdom, therefore, the six superknowledges are superior in clarity and continuity. Thus. The outer signs are: taming beings with various miraculous manifestations of others, being unshaken in the state of equality, with compassion, in the three thousand great thousand worlds, with naturally manifested hunters, prostitutes, butchers, and those with the merits of gods and humans, etc., taming according to what needs to be tamed. With superknowledges and various miraculous manifestations, taming with manifested bodies. Manifesting four kinds of natural miracles: riding the sun and moon and walking in the sky, being unimpeded in mountains and rocks, etc., not drowning in water, not burning in fire, poison, weapons, and diseases cannot harm, reversing the flow of water, the wind cannot move, destroying the fire at the end of the eon, etc., manifesting countless sun mandalas.
