Among the nine essential points of Bala Tod, it is stated: Firstly, empowerment refers to the empowerment of wisdom power through the oral instructions of self-examination, like extracting a person's heart. Secondly, what kind of certainty is obtained by receiving this empowerment? It is the certainty of being unmixed, complete, and clear, like the waves of the ocean. Thirdly, the practice of transforming this certainty into the path is the practice of wisdom manifesting in various ways, without appearance or cessation, like various medicinal herbs. Fourthly, the activities carried out in the mindstream of such a person are: First, in order to perfect the accumulation of merit, starting from prostrations, the activities of whatever Yidam is practiced should be performed with proper cleaning and offering of the Tsok. These accumulations of merit should also be transformed into accumulations of wisdom. For this purpose, the offerers should properly perform the activities of Samantabhadra's aspirations, and the Lama should abide in the state of effortless activity, and also explain and teach it in words. Among these, there are nine: Seclusion, confession, in the mandala, Prostrations, offerings, and recitations, Torma, Tsok, and subsequent aspirations, nine, Effortless activity is perfected. As it is said. Among these, the first is the boundary, as stated in the Great Space: From non-conceptual wisdom, dispel obstacles. As it is said. The offerers can use musical instruments or not, it doesn't matter, contemplate the meaning in their minds, and recite these words, and the following will also be explained in the same way. Hum. (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) Supreme Lord, I am the father of all Buddhas. Everything speaks to me, I am the lord of all Vidyadharas. Everything gathers in me, I am the master of all Yogis. Even if the three realms rain down, I will not get wet. Even if the three realms flow like water, I will not be carried away. Even if the six consciousnesses burn like fire, I will not be burned. Even if the three thousand worlds move like wind, I will not be moved. Even if the three poisons darken like darkness, I will not be confused. Even if the sun of wisdom rises, there is nothing to illuminate. Even if the darkness of ignorance descends, there is nothing to darken. Even if birth and death are divided into categories, I have no death. Even if the three poisons of affliction exist, I have nothing to abandon. Even if the three aspects of accomplishment appear, I have no attachment. Even if the unchanging Dharmakaya is accomplished, I have nothing to seek. Abiding in self-arising, nothing is left out. The essence is spontaneously accomplished, not relying on anything. The king of boundaries abides in non-conceptuality, Subduing the king of obstacles without abandoning conceptual thought. (Tibetan: ༀ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om)

Think of all obstacles as self-arising, self-pacifying, and self-destroying, and abide in that state without any effort. Thus it is said. Secondly, the practice of confession. In "Ineffable" it says: "No concept can be taken as an object." Therefore, the offerers should contemplate the meaning in their minds and recite these words: Hum!
