May all be auspiciously manifested. Second, the method for meditating on bliss in the lower gate is as follows: On the crown of one's head, visualize a red drop the size of a pea. A short distance above it, about an arrow's length, visualize a white drop the size of a pea. Gently hold the subtle wind, and focus awareness on the red drop at the crown. Because it trembles, slightly vibrates, and blazes with the nature of arising, the white drop also trembles and gradually melts, merging into one taste with the red drop. As it descends from the Brahma aperture, blissfully trickling down and dissolving into the heart center, remain without artifice in that state, and the experience of indivisible bliss and emptiness will arise. Eighth, the instructions on the vehicle of Anu Yoga have two aspects: general and specific. The first, taking the vehicle as the path, which is the first of the four ways of taking the path, has the following: The entrance is to enter through the gate of the inseparability of space and wisdom. The view is that all phenomena are considered to be primordially enlightened in the mandala of the nature of the three mandalas, inseparable from the root, the mandala of bodhicitta. As the general tantra says: "All are one in that very place; Primordially enlightened, the nature of great bliss; It is the essence of no birth and death; The three mandalas without action; Primordially accomplished, spontaneously perfect." Thus it is said. The discipline is to uphold the vows of the unconfined nature of reality and the vows of compassion that are confined, without transgressing their protection and practice. The meditation is to follow the meaning, meditating on the signless, non-conceptual, and to follow the letters, meditating on the deity's samadhi with signs. The conduct is to act in the state of equality of space and wisdom. The result is that in one lifetime, without relying on other paths, one will manifestly and perfectly attain enlightenment at the place of the great assembly of the wheel of letters. The second, the deity; the third, the essence; and the fourth, the empowerment path, are the same as before. Second, the instructions on the innate meditation of oral instructions have two aspects: deity meditation and secret instruction meditation. The first is the small innate meditation, as before. The second is the great innate meditation: In the center of one's heart, visualize a white drop the size of a pigeon's egg, blazing with light. When it becomes clear, a drop of light shoots out from it like a shooting star from the crown of the head. From that light, countless tiny drops radiate.

Therefore, focus the mind on the space that is equal to the extent of the sky that can be comprehended. Again, gather back all the tiny points of light that pervade the sky. Abide in the state where the light that illuminates and the light that is illuminated are blended into one, without making distinctions between the seer and the seen. At this time, the emptiness of phenomena and the wisdom of awareness, which are indivisible, arise as great bliss, and the key point is to practice in this state without attachment. Ninth, the guidance of Ati Yoga is divided into two: general and specific. First, the first of the four ways of taking the path is taking the vehicle as the path. The entrance is: entering through the gate where there is nothing to enter. The view is: since self-arisen wisdom does not establish samsara and nirvana, it is considered to be primordially liberated and beyond acceptance and rejection. As it is said in the Sutra of the Great Expanse of Mind: "Self-arisen wisdom is not to be sought, Effortless, supreme, and peaceful, After liberation, it also shows the path." The discipline is: not to transgress the vows of non-existence and distraction. The meditation is: since whatever appears in self-arisen wisdom arises as the play of the nature of reality, it is meditation that is free from fixation. As it is said in the Kun Dus: "In the unmade nature of enlightenment, In the nature of reality where there is nothing to meditate on, The meditator has no object of meditation, Samadhi is not to be established." The conduct is: since whatever appears arises as the play of the nature of reality, there is no acceptance or rejection. The result is: abiding in the ground of the wisdom guru, the result that is spontaneously accomplished without cultivation. Second, taking the deity as the path is: when the play of the great bliss of the indivisibility of emptiness and wisdom arises as the form of the deity, father and mother, it is taken as the path in a complete and unmixed way. Third, taking the essence as the path is: the three entries, abidings, and risings of the winds arise as the sound of the three syllables. AH (藏文:ཨཿ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) recognizes all of existence and peace as unborn; HUM (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) recognizes it as unceasing; OM (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) recognizes it as non-dual. As it is said in the General Sutra: "The nature of mind is letters, Various letters appear as HUM, The nature of the victorious ones is letters, The mudra is perfected in the letter OM, The nature of all is letters, The unborn secret letter is AH." Thus, it is taken as the path. Fourth, taking empowerment as the path is: the river of complete secret empowerment has two aspects, and one should train in the profound stages of completion that are related to it as the yoga of a continuous river. Second, the pith instruction of abiding meditation.
