Sitting in this posture, face east. Precede with refuge and bodhichitta, visualize yourself as Amitayus. In an inconceivable realm, on a jeweled throne supported by peacocks, on a sun and moon cushion, visualize yourself transforming from "A" (藏文:ཨ) into the Bhagavan Amitayus Jnana, with a white body, bright and radiant. The right hand holds a white lotus, and the left hand holds a vase filled with immortal nectar, abiding in the perfect lotus posture. Visualize a consort similar to yourself, wearing white clothes, embracing in the lotus posture. Both are adorned with the thirteen peaceful ornaments, possessing the nine graces of charm. In the heart of the father, in the center of the union of the sun and moon gau box, visualize the nature of bodhichitta as the root of life, a red bindu, bright and radiant. By expelling impure air, visualize that all obstacles to life, such as diseases and evil spirits, have been dispelled. Then, from the east to the edge of the sky, all the life and merit of the gods, nagas, yakshas, etc., are inhaled together with the breath and firmly held. Visualize it merging into the central channel, merging into the indestructible bindu. If you cannot do it, exhale slowly from the nostrils. Similarly, it can also be applied to other directions. It is best to practice diligently for a year, moderately for a month, and at worst for half a month or seven days, and you will be able to prolong your life. As stated in the root tantra: "Yogis and vidyadharas, who desire to remain unmoving, abiding here, for a year or a month, likewise the number of days, fifteen or seven days, at the time of the first morning session." And so on, "By practicing so much, one obtains all the glory, life, and splendor." Also, as stated in the Explanatory Tantra, Thundering Lightning: "If you practice in this way in the ten directions, you will obtain great glory and splendor." As it is said, this method is easy to practice, the method is profound, and it has great significance. These stages are not collected from various sutras and tantras that teach this and that and compiled into one treatise, but from the tantric teachings of both Anu and Ati दोनों(藏文,梵文天城体,both,汉语字面意思:两者), due to the differences in the paths of seeing of their respective schools, many key instructions for the maturation and liberation of the nine vehicles arise. Here, in the Anu Yoga system, from the uncertain first ground to the complete tenth ground, in general, it is to suppress the riding.

Starting from gods and humans, up to the Dzogrim Atiyoga, the ten stages of vehicles appeared. Combining conduct and practice into one, it is known as the Nine Vehicles. Although the paths and methods of each vehicle on the path stage are similar, because the fruit vehicle is grasped by skillful means, relying on this empowerment and instruction, through the power of perfecting the realization of each path, the qualities of abandonment and attainment of each vehicle and similar qualities will become a particularly fast path for generating those qualities. Therefore, the seed of empowerment previously sown in the mindstream, through the practice of each path and the instruction of natural meditation, is well cultivated, and the fruit will not be delayed to the future, but will progress through the stages of the path in a blissful and swift manner, and ultimately manifest the state of Samantabhadra, the embodiment of the four kayas. As it is said: The vehicle of Anuyoga, without interruption, in one lifetime, will surely go to the Buddha-ground. Thus it is said. Because the faculties, inclinations, and desires of beings are different, the Buddhas have spoken with skillful means, and the self-fruits of each vehicle are perfectly accomplished, ultimately reaching the land of the Great Perfection Wheel. Like the Dharmadhatu, which is unborn, unobstructed wisdom is naturally accomplished, the root of union and great bliss, Bodhicitta, may the three mandalas be accomplished as one. Because the self-established guidance of Anuyoga is rare for both Kama and Terma, with the intention of hoping to benefit the continuation and connection of the Dharma lineage, it was compiled and extracted by Kusali Lodro Thaye from the writings of Ngagi Wangchuk Dharmashri, the great illuminator of the early translation teachings. May goodness increase! Treasure of Instructions, Volume One. A White Crystal Rosary, compiled and extracted from the inner meditation guidance sequence of the Mahasamaya Sutra.
