(82b)... Placed as the bodhisattva's samaya. What appears in the *Compendium Tantras* is mainly of provisional meaning (drang don), but here, focusing solely on the definitive meaning (nges don), the order and identification are different. 2. The second [uncommon] is: Uncommon Vajra severs life, sword speaks falsehood. Jewel plunders wealth, lotus-born woman (82n) seizes. Wheel gives meat, alcohol, and crooked knife without denigration. The practitioner's accomplishment measures both the explicit and the hidden. This too was taught by the Primordial Buddha; in that, there are both explicit and hidden aspects. In the Vajra family, the provisional meaning is: For those who commit the five heinous crimes and other non-virtuous acts throughout their lives, and those who have accumulated the ten non-virtuous deeds and cannot be subdued by peaceful actions, through the samadhi of Akṣobhya, their connection (kha sbyor, union) is opened and they are "slain." The definitive meaning is: "Life" refers to the breath of the right and left channels (nadi), and "slaying" it means stopping it in the central channel. From the life-force solidifying in the central channel, ultimately, it refers to the stabilization of wind (prana) and mind in the crown chakra (ushnisha), through which the seminal fluid ascends. This corresponds to the twelfth bhumi (stage) and practitioners (first-timers) must learn to bind the seminal fluid upwards. In the Sword family, the provisional meaning is: For those who have fallen into wrong paths and do not believe even when the true dharma is spoken, falsehood is spoken in order to turn them away from non-dharma. The definitive meaning is: True words are the two aspects of phenomena with characteristics, while untrue words are the ritual of ultimate non-abiding; all forms of speech abide essentially as the indestructible self-sound in the heart. This corresponds to the fifth and sixth actual bhumis (stages), and beginners practice the method of gathering (sor sdud) to hear the indestructible self-sound. In the Jewel family, the provisional meaning is: For those whose minds are bound by greed and attachment to wealth, in order to turn them away from the realm of hungry ghosts, wealth is taken without being given (stolen) and plundered, and then this very wealth is given to others as an accumulation (for merit). The definitive meaning is: "Others" refers to Vajrasattva, whose wealth is an unchanging bliss, comparable to jewels. From where is it plundered? It is in the throat, where the illusory form (stong gzugs) and non-duality are unified; this corresponds to the eighth actual bhumi (stage). Beginners practice the path of immutable great bliss. In the Lotus family, the provisional meaning is: For those who are greedy and attached to women, thus being born as animals (82b)... (text cut off here)

In order to reverse karma, (one) abducts women. Ultimately, another's woman is the Mahamudra of empty form, and abduction is to manifest that, which refers to the ninth and tenth bhumis, and for beginners, to train in the path of empty form. Regarding the 'wheel' type: Literally, in order to subdue the pride and arrogance of lineage, one relies on 'wine' and 'lamp,' which mean the five meats and five nectars. Ultimately, 'wine' is co-emergent wisdom; the five meats are the five senses in another aspect; the five nectars are the five Buddhas. What is stated as 'good object' refers to the five objects in another aspect: the essence of feces, urine, and semen stabilized in the navel in a reversed flow, which is the fourth bhumi. For beginners, it means to train in the limbs of visualization and contemplation. Regarding the 'curved knife' type: Literally, for the accomplishment of action mudra, one should not disparage women and should perform great generosity by giving one's own body. Ultimately, remaining in the vow of celibacy where semen is not emitted through churning in the sky-lotus as the cause of immutable bliss. This is the first bhumi where semen is stable in the secret chakra. For beginners, it means to train in the secret stability of Vajra Bodhicitta through the union of binding and action. One should also give one's own body, along with sons and wives, etc. These (practices) are also taught considering two meanings, the explicit teaching and the hidden meaning, according to the capacity of practitioners who have not yet attained power, and those accomplished ones who have attained the five clairvoyances, etc., through relying on the limbs of samadhi. Because it is taught that without attaining clairvoyance, one should not engage in fierce actions like killing, except for pacifying, enriching, magnetizing, and subduing, therefore, accomplished ones perform them actually, beginners through intention, and yogis according to their understanding and capacity (83na). Here, giving one's body, etc., is explained as the accumulation of merit; not disparaging women is the accumulation of ethics; and relying on the five nectars, etc., is the accumulation of wisdom. Here, the Second Buddha, Rangjung Dorje, made it general for the Tantra collections. From the 'Ocean of Samaya': 'Especially, the unsurpassed vows are... of the Vajra family.'
