Now, it is: As mentioned earlier, co-emergent is divided into four joys. The first joy is like a hero, because of coarse conceptualization and small bliss. The second, supreme joy, is like a yogini, because of subtle conceptualization and great bliss. The third, exceedingly joyful or joyless, is the determination of all bliss, because it abandons subtle and coarse conceptualizations, and bliss fills the body and mind. The fourth, co-emergent (268) is the complete understanding and realization of the method of generating such bliss, because it is the great bliss wisdom that is free from all conceptualizations. Second, the difference in experience is: First, the bliss of joy is relatively small compared to supreme joy, so it is only slight. Second, because it possesses a bliss that is far superior to the first joy, supreme joy is even more superior. Third, joylessness is the separation from the root consciousness clinging to objects such as form, and relying solely on consciousness to focus on the object of bliss, this is joy. Moreover, the consciousness that is separated from clinging to joy and bliss is the nature of conventional truth. Because it does not cling to the object of desire, it is separation, and it is also non-attachment, therefore it is detachment from desire. The remaining fourth of these is obtained after the three, joy, etc., have passed, it does not change from the vajra jewel, it is the non-conceptual co-emergent joy. Third, the difference in realization is: First, the joy experienced from wanting the vajra to touch the karma mudra lotus. Second, the supreme joy is wanting to obtain greater bliss by uniting the senses. Third, because bliss fills the body and mind, joylessness is the destruction and decline of desire, being separated from the desire to obtain even greater bliss again. Therefore, it should be known that the first two joys are born from conditions, and the third has the fault of decline and destruction, abandoning these two extremes, one should only cultivate the fourth joy, which is co-emergent joy. Here, Master Marpa elaborately explained the entire process from inviting the karma mudra to accepting and abandoning, and believes that for both types of individuals, those with attachment and those without attachment, the first three joys are conceptual, and the fourth co-emergent joy is non-conceptual, but because the latter arises from the former, they are interdependent. The third is: From supreme to the manifestor, thus he said.

Because it is impossible to abide. Other methods and the phenomena of inner and outer things, even the sons of the Victorious One cannot find, because they do not cling to the characteristics of elaboration and non-characteristics, and the nature of both and neither. (272) Even so, for the lama who has realized enlightenment, with timely service and respectful devotion, by the power of blessings; and from the lama's oral instructions, at the moment of distinguishing the distinctions; and the method of generating wisdom, relying on and practicing one's own continuum; and relying on the lama's practice, etc., from the accumulation of great merit and wisdom of qualified disciples in the past, one should know and realize the ultimate truth that is born together with oneself. In this regard, the "Pearl Garland" says that being born in a harmonious place, relying on a noble person, making aspirations, and accumulating merit in the past are the four complete conditions. Secondly, regarding the yoga of the Dharma seal, there are two: briefly stating and elaborately explaining. The first is: from "inferior" to "viewed as." This is to say that this is done by sealing with the nature of all dharmas being completely pure. Inner and outer things, inferior like minute particles, medium like vases, etc., (273) superior like Mount Sumeru and the great earth and the ocean, etc., and other internal birthplaces such as the six senses, and all that is stable and all that is moving, all of these are to be meditated upon as the Suchness of equal taste in the nature of union. This is to say that one should abide by viewing all of these as equal in equality. The definitive meaning is that in the "Immaculate Union" it says that inferior is the joy of the meaning of subtle, superior things are superior joy, the abandonment between the two is joyless. The other six senses, all of these are the five co-emergent wisdoms and the sixth consciousness. All those that are stable and moving are the wisdom of the four joys. Experiencing its wheel is taste. All of this speaks of its pervasive lord being equal, the same, and undifferentiated. The second part has three points: explaining its words and meanings in order, showing it as the nature of stable and moving, and practicing it in all activities. The first is: from "inferior" to "should be said." This is to say that immediately after briefly stating, the place where "inferior" is said is the meaning of subtle, (274) namely mind and mental factors.
