(402) The meaning of having is said to be the very nature of Nirvana. The form that corresponds to the appearance of the deities exists in the face, hands, and the colors of the five families, and so on. Therefore, it is said that all these beings exist in the form or nature of the two bodies merely by being born. However, they are obscured by the ordinary imprints arising from sudden defilements and wander in samsara. It is said that in order to purify this, one should rely on it and its antidote. It is also said in the Gur: "In order to destroy ordinary conceptualizations, one should cultivate meditation correctly." The second part has three points: showing the actual method with four examples, summarizing its meaning, and that it is not understood by the lower vehicle. The first point is: "The food of poison, should be suffered." It is said that although the limbs of the method are inconceivable in purifying ordinary imprints, they are briefly represented by these four examples. The first example is: For example, mercury and arsenic, etc. (403) Anyone who eats a piece of poison will die, but in conventional terms, knowing the benefits and harms of poison, mixing mercury and other poisons with medicines and mantras, etc., to make them an antidote to other poisons, if mixed, then the powerful mercury will pierce the previous other poisons and become medicine. Similarly, the poison of conceptualization will also be pierced by the realization that is skilled in the means of antidote. The second example is: Just as for someone who is afflicted by the wind of leprosy, giving cardamom, which is the source of cold wind, to eat will be beneficial. Similarly, as a reverse medicine, the wind that is immediately generated from separate contemplation strikes and expels the wind that has accumulated for a long time. Similarly, by meditating on the separate thoughts of the form of the deities or suchness, one can destroy ordinary conceptualizations. By meditating on the mandala that corresponds to the vessel and sentient world, one can purify the world of samsara, and so on, these examples should be understood. The third example is: Just as when a drop of water enters the ear and causes pain, pouring other water again

Just as using water to draw in the previous flood, so too, for ordinary grasping and clinging to things like the aggregates, one should purify them with the wisdom that ascertains the true nature of deities and so on. The fourth example is: Just as when one is burned by fire, wanting to quickly pacify the burns, one instead burns them again with fire, causing pain, and in that way they will quickly be pacified. For a mind that is burned by the fire of desire and becomes unbearable, if one burns it with the fire of skillful means that is even more powerful, which uses desire as the path, then that very conceptualization will be completely eliminated and pacified. The second is, from "beings" to "liberation transforms," it is said that, in short, ordinary beings are bound to samsara by endless, unbearable actions, but if they possess skillful means, then by that very means they will be liberated from the (405)bonds of existence. Although attachment and desire for objects or beings binds the entire world, if one possesses the key to transforming the very nature of desire into the path, then one will quickly be liberated by the path of sexual desire. And, the very desire to liberate beings from samsara will lead to the attainment of the liberation of Buddhahood, as is also taught in the common vehicle. The third is, from "reversal" to "does not know," it is said that such skillful means of mantra, transforming afflictions into the path, and the reversed meditation, even the lower vehicles of Buddhism, such as the Tirthikas, Shravakas, and so on, do not know, so what need is there to mention others knowing? The fifth is the classification of lineages, summarized into three: brief explanation, detailed explanation, and the actual classification of lineages. The first is, from "arising" to "will go," it is said that this is also in the tenth chapter of the previous examination, where it is explained in detail how to combine Bola Kakko (Tibetan: བོ་ལ་ཀཀྐོ་) (406)with... and then the classification of lineages is made. From the nature of the five inner elements of earth and so on, from the realm of the body, relying on the touch of absorption and so on, which is spoken of in code as "Kunturu," it transforms into five. From the great bliss of co-emergence alone, through the classification of the five elements, the five aggregates, the five senses, and the five objects, it transforms into five.
