The mind does not perform the activity of scattering and gathering in its own nature. By abiding in its natural state, it is immovably and spontaneously accomplished. Because it abides in its own nature, it cannot be altered by anyone. By effortlessly abiding in the ground as it is, it demonstrates that non-action is the supreme of actions. By realizing that meaning, one does not perform any actions. Because one does not perform actions, one abides in suchness. Whoever abides in suchness, becomes accomplished without error or alteration. That is the unaltered nature itself. "Itself" refers to the unaltered essence itself. In suchness, there is no Buddha or Dharma. Thus it is said. Furthermore, without realizing the unaltered state as it is, one blesses the outer and inner realms to be purified. Through all the doors of the limbs and rituals of enlightenment, the wisdom deity of meditation appears. After offering for a moment, one requests them to depart and dissolves the samadhi. Again, one meditates and dissolves, like a child's mud house. The unaltered state as it is contradicts my meaning. Thus it is said. The one who binds without cause and effect or effort, now the yogi of the Ati essence, cuts off all the childish and deceptive teachings of cause and effect as a lesser path of decline. The intention of one's own face, the meaning that transcends all dharmas, should be bound in the uncreated contract of the sky. Like play is Dharma in childhood, like self-labor is Dharma in old age, so the eight lower vehicles are Dharma in times of inferior intellect. When one is grown, the Dharma of Ati is exhausted, and abiding in the natural state is the Dharma of the essence. Having realized that the Dharmakaya is spontaneously present within oneself, one abides without effort or accomplishment through the ten powers of one's own nature. From the Kunjed Gyalpo: "O Great Hearted One! Bodhicitta is the king of kings. Whatever is done by the Kunjed Bodhicitta, there is nothing done other than Bodhicitta. Bodhicitta is primordially without error. Because it is primordially, there is no error from the beginning. Because there is no error, one does not attach false adornments of truth and falsehood. Cause, condition, result, effort, and accomplishment are all transcended. If one does not recognize that what has been done, effort, and accomplishment are transcended, and one looks to accomplish through effort, action, and meditation, then there is no greater obstacle to enlightenment than that. Not abiding, not thinking, without thinking of anything, one's own nature abides in the realm of non-thought and equality. Primordially accomplished, the mind of effort does not arise. Whoever abides in that great bliss, becomes the essence of all dharmas. That does not distinguish the meaning of oneself and others."
