Through the bliss of land and dwelling, one should accomplish the bliss of possessing the eight great powers, it is said. The eight powers are, as stated in the Guhyasamaja Tantra: The power of body, the power of speech, and the power of mind, likewise, activity and, miraculous powers, the power to go everywhere, and whatever desired dwelling and special meaning, these are the eight. Also, as stated in the Chakrasamvara Tantra: Able to be subtle and vast, the ability to be subtle, the ability to act, and the great self-nature, causing joy and all under control, acting as desired and power, these are the eight. There are three ways to practice, the power of mind, the special meaning is the subtle wind of wisdom. The place of the central channel. Everything merges into wisdom, becoming the three most subtle. When the life-force wind enters the Avadhuti, the wisdom of seeing all phenomena of samsara and nirvana as the central channel, free from elaboration, arises. The non-seeing of the central channel arises. At that time, through the interdependent arising of the wisdom wind gathering in the central channel, miraculous powers and direct knowledge arise. The grasping of self-nature as two ceases, and the wheel of clear light is continuous. The power of body, for miraculous powers, etc., wherever there is a desire to go, the activity of going there. The joy of being without father and mother. The nature of mastery. The three abilities to act on meaning. When holding the wisdom wind in the central channel, by enjoying the clouds of offerings of Samantabhadra, enjoyment is gathered, and the appearance of a body adorned with marks and signs, and the ability to transform in whatever way is needed to tame beings, all these arise merely as one's own appearance. The power of speech, having mastery over whatever desired category of Dharma. Teaching whatever Dharma is desired according to the faculties of beings, and the two activities of subduing beings. In the central channel, when the accumulation is perfected by the power of the wind and mind mixing, beings listen, and when teaching Dharma by knowing various sounds, the benefit of beings is accomplished. Having obtained power over such abilities is called power, and being able to truly enjoy uncontaminated qualities is called wealth. Second, there are five reasons for determining the four classes of tantras, first, the four classes of tantras were taught with consideration for the four races, namely, Brahmins who emphasize bathing and cleanliness.

is the Kriya Tantra. For those of the Vaishya caste, who abide in external bathing and cleanliness, and internal shame and modesty, the Charya Tantra is applicable. For the Kshatriya caste, who rule the country with merit and great wealth, it is the Yoga Tantra. For the Shudra caste, who are less clean and whose afflictions are coarse, and for those of inferior conduct and practice, the Anuttarayoga Tantra is taught. As stated in the Shri Chakrasamvara Tantra: "The Kriya corresponds to the purity of the Brahmins, the Charya surpasses even the Vaishya caste, the Yoga is the king with many retinues, the root ignorance is liberated from the beginning, it has not been shown to others, but is shown to you, beautiful one." And also in the Cemetery Ornament Tantra: "For the purpose of subduing the Brahmin, Vaishya, Kshatriya, and Shudra, Chandala castes, the tantras are taught in four forms: Kriya, Charya, Yoga, and Anuttarayoga." Secondly, considering the four types of intellect of beings, the four tantras are also taught: For those of superior faculties, Kriya is the lowest practice; for those of intermediate faculties, it is Charya; for those of superior faculties, it is Yoga; and for those of the most superior faculties, it is Anuttara. As stated in the Vajraghanta Tantra: "For the inferior ones is the Kriya Tantra, for the non-Kriya is Yoga, which is more excellent than the former, for the excellent sentient beings is the Yoga Tantra, the Anuttarayoga is more excellent than the former." Thirdly, according to the times, the four tantras are also taught: In the first perfect age, the people of Jambudvipa had four qualities: they could live for immeasurable years, they consumed nectar as food, their bodies had light, and they could travel in the sky by means of magical powers. That time was the Kriya Tantra. After that, the qualities became smaller than before, and the lifespan, light, and magical powers diminished, but still the lifespan was countless, they consumed nectar as food, the light was slightly diminished, and the magical powers could only travel without the feet touching the ground, in the age with three qualities it was the Charya Tantra. After that, due to attachment to enjoyment, the nectar food diminished, and they ate the essence of the earth, and there was only a faint color, in the age with two qualities it was the Yoga Tantra. After that, because there were no magical powers, they no longer ate the essence, but ate rice, and the sexual characteristics of men and women appeared, in the age of strife the Anuttarayoga was taught. As stated in the SarvabuddhasamagamTantra: "At the beginning of the perfect age is the Kriya Tantra, when there are three qualities it is the Charya Tantra, when there are two qualities it is the Yoga
