I am like the expanse of clear sky. From that itself: Unobstructed, clear radiance, emptiness in essence. It is the appearance of the Dharmakaya. Thus it is said. The place is great, utterly pure in memory and thought. From that itself: Immeasurable, without object, without grasping. It is the place of the Dharmakaya. Thus it is said. The characteristic is: Essence, nature, and compassion, the three are inseparable. From that itself: Essence, nature, and compassion, the three, are the characteristic of the Dharmakaya. Thus it is said. The realm is: Emptiness is not cut off, therefore awareness is self-illuminating. Adorned with the five subtle inner lights, therefore spontaneously accomplished, self-sounding. In the great inseparability of realm and awareness, the various appearances are unmixed. From Self-Arising: Clarity, radiance, and unmixed, the three, are the realm of the Dharmakaya. Thus it is said. The intention is: A view that is unbiased and impartial. A meditation that is not established as things and signs. A conduct that transcends the duality of grasping and being grasped. The great fruit of spontaneous accomplishment and primordial liberation. The activity of primordial accomplishment, fulfilling all meaning. Qualities that abide within oneself without searching. Again, from that itself: Unobstructed, without attachment, without clinging, is the conduct of the Dharmakaya. Open and clear, without wavering, is the meditation of the Dharmakaya. Nothing to see, having seen, the view is complete, is the view of the Dharmakaya. Without doing, without arising, without happening, is the fruit of the Dharmakaya. Without practice, having practiced, practice is complete, is the activity of the Dharmakaya. One arises, two arise, all arise, are the qualities of the Dharmakaya. Thus it is said. Secondly, to explain in detail the place of the Sambhogakaya, there are five: essence, definition, characteristic, manner of appearance, and manner of abiding. The first is: From Self-Arising: There is birth, yet it possesses the indestructible vajra. The five lights, five bodies, unmixed, each clear. Possessing the five fathers, five mothers, and five families. Possessing the five wisdoms, five consciousnesses, and five realizations. Possessing the five bases, five paths, and five fruits. Possessing the five places, five realms, and five essences. Perfect enjoyment is the essence of the body. Thus it is said. That is also said to be born from the part that arises as self-appearance from the realm, but in reality there is no self-characteristic of birth, so there is no death, because the Mara of the Lord of Death is destroyed. That is also said in Lion's Perfect Strength: Within the disease-free is a treasury of precious jewels. The wisdom of arising transcends all arising. The consciousness of realization.
