Homage. Detailed explanation of the manifestation of the exhaustion of Dharmata. First, there are two parts: Refuting the common relationship of direct perception, and identifying its own characteristics. The first part, generally, direct perception is divided into two types: direct perception known in conventional terms, and direct perception that encounters the ultimate realm of reality. The first includes: sense direct perception, which is the nature of the appearance of the five objects such as form; mental direct perception, which is the near-acting object, appearing in the realm of conceptualization where the reason is certain; self-awareness direct perception, which is the certain appearance of experiencing happiness and suffering, etc. within; yogic direct perception, which is the near encounter with the meaning of Dharmata, the distinct self-awareness that enters the realm of Suchness, and the certainty of experiencing without grasping and fixation in a state where its appearing object are inseparable. As stated in the Commentary on Valid Cognition: "Having gathered the mind from all things, In the inner self, without wavering, Even if one abides, the eye sees forms, The mind that sees is born of the senses." As it is explained. The direct perception that encounters the ultimate realm of reality is certain that the essence of wisdom exists in the heart of Dharmata, because its own radiance connects from the heart to the eye, like the sun and rays, and is convincingly encountered with the reason of certain cause and effect. Therefore, among the worldly and the transcendent, this is the transcendent direct perception. In the transcendent, there are two types: the reason of the mind, which is the main thing to know what is said, and the wisdom direct perception, which is the main thing to see what is sealed with the key points. This is called wisdom direct perception. The second part, identifying its own characteristics, is what is called the manifestation of Dharmata direct perception. In the near application of the word Dharmata, there are four situations: Samsara is called Dharma, Nirvana is called Dharmata, this is Dharmata; appearance is called Dharma, emptiness is called Dharmata, this is Dharmata; not being liberated without key points is called Dharma, being certain to be liberated with existence is called Dharmata, this is Dharmata; the realm of reality is called Dharma, wisdom is called Dharmata, these two are considered inseparable. Direct perception is the object of the senses, which is actually present to be seen. Moreover, it does not depend on mental discrimination, and no matter where the wisdom of mental discrimination searches, there is no time to find it. The seeker is not one with eyes, because it is not a luminous form. As stated in the Compendium: Wisdom

If one examines, one cannot find the depths of the aggregates. Thus it is said. This appearance of clear light is not something that is called "form" in terminology, because this does not exist as the self-nature of subtle particles and coarse objects, and therefore it cannot be destroyed or broken by the harm of the four elements. Something with form can be destroyed and broken, because that is the characteristic of form. "Three" is a category, namely, establishing the basis outwardly with the three key points of body, speech, and mind. Inwardly, clearing the path with the three key points of the nature of reality as the object, the key point of the manifesting door, and the key point of the indwelling of wind and awareness. Secretly, measuring with the three: the stages of familiarity, the stages of signs of maturation, and the stages of ultimate exhaustion. Because the appearance of supreme light, maturation as bindu, and completion as kaya complete the result with the three. Because it is determined as four sets of three, it is called "three." Or, the nature of reality has the self-sounding appearance of the three kayas spontaneously present, the number of three appearing outwardly. The self-sounding of the dharmakaya, the inner experience is awareness-emptiness. The self-sounding of the sambhogakaya, the five lights appearing outwardly are self-illuminating wisdom. The self-sounding of the nirmanakaya, appearance and liberation are inseparable, possessing the skill of wisdom, in relation to these three it is called "three." Also, because the basis is established with the three bases, the key point that things have no difference. Because obstacles are cleared with the three paths, the path of going has no near or far. Because it is measured with the three measures, there is no sameness, difference, or confusion. Because it is sent to the place of exhaustion with the three results, there is no yes, no, or doubt, therefore it is called "direct perception." In the time of ordinary people, seeing the three of liking, disliking, and equanimity, the three of happiness, suffering, and the middle arise. In the time of practicing the guru's instructions, the three of space, awareness, and dharma are directly seen. The nature of reality is direct In the quantity, there is no key point that can be added to by mental judgment and words. In the time of habituation, seeing light, bindu, and the three kayas, the key point that the appearance of delusion naturally ceases. In the time of reaching the measure, seeing the three of clarity, emptiness, and bliss, the key point that the nature of reality is self-exhausted. Thus, "three" is certain that the result is liberated all at once by relying on another place of number. Appearance is, whatever appears, the nature of reality appears. In whatever realm it appears, it appears in space. In whatever way it appears, light and light halos appear, along with awareness as a continuous thread. That appearance
