The posture is: For example, like a sage sitting in the lotus position, the two ankles touching each other is the key to generating the connection between skillful means and wisdom; the two soles of the feet touching the ground is the key to suppressing the grasping and the grasped karmic winds; the knees touching the chest is the key to subduing the elements of the body; the body being completely upright is the key to the channels not being crooked, so the wind naturally becomes calm; the hands being crossed is the key to blending the dharmadhatu and awareness; the neck being straight is the key to offering the wind to space, so it is self-liberated. It is said in the commentaries: The posture of the Nirmanakaya Buddha is, relying on the sage's lotus position, the nature of reality manifests as self-transformation, and one can see with the eye of Dharma. Thus it is said. The definition is: Nirmana means purifying the various functions and activities that arise in the body, and after purification, it matures into an illusory body. Sitting means abiding in one's own continuum. Posture means relying on it and not regressing in the three realms. It is said in the Golden Garuda Sutra: Purifying the collection of the body, that is the posture of the Nirmanakaya Buddha. Whoever knows and follows this key point will be liberated from it and attain enlightenment. Thus it is said. The posture of the Sambhogakaya Buddha is: For example, like an elephant lying down, lying face down is the key to suppressing the dharma of the collection of the body; the knees touching the chest is the key to subduing the heat of the elements; the toes extending outward is the key to holding the moving karmic wind; the elbows propping on the ground is the key to guiding awareness into the dharmadhatu; the neck being raised upward is the key to awareness and the dharmadhatu not being separated. It is said in the commentaries: The posture of the Sambhogakaya Buddha is, relying on the elephant lying down, enjoying the dharmas of reality, and one can see with the lotus eye. Thus it is said. The definition is: Enjoying means purifying the five objects of desire and introducing them into the unborn path of reality, using the eye sense to enjoy the key point of the manifest reality. Perfection means the method of liberating the dharma of the collection of the body into luminosity. Kaya means that these mature and are liberated from samsara. By following this key point, this person can constantly enjoy the manifest reality of reality, therefore it is called the Sambhogakaya Buddha.

Remaining is what causes samadhi to abide. Posture is the key to transcending the three realms. In the Golden Garuda, it says: "In order to enjoy the realm of Dharma, by imitating the posture of the Sambhogakaya, this is to enjoy the three Kayas in the field. Therefore, the most important thing is the key to the body, the great accomplished yogi is the main one." So it is said. The posture of the Dharmakaya is like entering a lion's den. Placing both soles of the feet on the ground balances the elements, which is the key to warmth. Sitting upright with the body erect is the key to suppressing the wind of karma by the force of the wind of wisdom. Curling the fingers and pressing them on the ground is the key to reversing the scattering wind of karma. Relaxing the upper body is the key to quickly arising experiences. Relaxing the neck is the key to never being separated from the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu at any time. In the Tantra, it says: "The posture of the Dharmakaya is like a lion, free from all fears of delusion, and will be seen with the Vajra eye." So it is said. The definition is: Dharma liberates from the aggregation of the body, and the Kaya is the state of being in the illusory body at all times after those are completely purified. Remaining is the state of not deviating from the state of samadhi. Posture is what liberates from samsara. In the Golden Garuda, it says: "Whoever imitates the posture of the Dharmakaya, whoever knows the key to the body, whoever knows in accordance with it, this person can become a true yogi in the great bliss of the Dharmakaya." So it is said. Thus, by adopting the posture of the three Kayas, one will not deviate from the intention of the three Kayas. Furthermore, the Nirmanakaya squatting is a symbol of future liberation through asceticism. The Sambhogakaya elephant is a symbol of future liberation in the state of effortless accomplishment. The Dharmakaya lion is a symbol of future liberation without fear or shame. If one wonders what it means to transform the elemental state of the body into the viewing method of the three Kayas? The luminous nature of the three Kayas resides in the heart, and by viewing, one can manifest the three intentions that one inherently possesses. Because the three Kayas are self-born, one's own viewing method becomes the viewing method of the three Kayas. The elements of the body are mostly cold, and if one aligns with the Nirmanakaya, the cold and heat will be balanced, and if it is hot.
