Humility aligns with the Dharmakaya, and equanimity aligns with the Sambhogakaya, bringing auspiciousness and fulfillment. In particular, the increase of appearances is swift. If the body's posture is not restrained, then the inherent radiance of wisdom in the body's channels will not arise, and if that radiance does not arise, then the appearance of wisdom in the outer sky will not manifest, so the posture of viewing is very important. Sitting like an ordinary person, wisdom cannot truly manifest. If one sits like an ordinary person at the time of manifestation, not only will it not increase, but it will also decline, so the posture of viewing is very important. Just as a snake's legs and arms are in the body but not visible, if restrained, they become visible, so from the key point of the posture of viewing, the manifestation of wisdom is also the same. Then, is the sitting posture determined to be only three, or one, two, three, or a hundred, a thousand, and so on? If you ask this, it is because beings are led into the three realms by the three poisons, and in order to be liberated from that, it is determined to be three. Also, because from the three poisons, the three aspects of body, speech, and mind mature, it is also determined to be three. Furthermore, initially from the wheel of karma of existence, impure desire matures into form, becoming the form of a bird, so actions and activities are mainly composed of speech. Even when the body matures, one likes to speak, values what is said, has great desire, and will like desire. In order to transform this into the pure path, the sitting posture of the Sambhogakaya is shown. If such beings always maintain the sitting posture of the Sambhogakaya, then they will be very proficient in the meaning of Dharmata. Also, from the wheel of existence, impure ignorance matures into form, becoming a pig. That is precisely awakening the subconscious, maturing into the form of beings with mind as the main aspect. Therefore, at the time of maturing into form, the mind has many changes, the intellect changes greatly, and there are many conceptual thoughts. One does not like to speak, and always likes to sleep. Therefore, if one always abides in the sitting posture of the Dharmakaya, then one will surely abide in Dharmata in the three times. Also, initially from impure hatred, form matures, becoming a snake, which is the form where the actions of the body are the main aspect. This one likes physical activity and wants to move. The body is strong, and the body is large. One likes physical cleanliness, becoming such a body. Therefore, if one always abides in the sitting posture of the Nirmanakaya,

Therefore, Buddhahood is certain. Therefore, three postures are certain. The ripening of beings occurs in the three aspects of body, speech, and mind. Therefore, in order to be liberated from these bonds, Only three are necessary. More is not needed, less is incomplete, so only three are certain. At this time, the key to speech is to cut off speaking. In the Thal 'gyur, it says, "Speech needs to be learned and dwelt in, and repeatedly practiced to make it stable." Therefore, first learning speech is to gradually reduce speaking, cut off idle talk, first learn for a short time, then learn for a long time. Sometimes, even if there is no need to speak, one should speak alone. Dwelling is not prohibiting the recitation of mantras and praises, etc., which are virtuous speech. Do not mix with others, not even a single word. At this time, understand the meaning through bodily gestures. Repeated practice is not doing any recitation of mantras, etc. Steadfastness is not departing from the state of saying nothing, not even making bodily gestures. In the Seed Tantra, it says, "Speech is like a mute, do not make any gestures with anyone. Whoever does this, the scattering of the mind naturally stops." Therefore, by cutting off the speaking of speech, unspeakable meaning arises in the continuum. Not mixing language with others, therefore there is a need to tame the body. By taming the body, being blessed by Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Dakinis, the body is liberated into an illusory body. Then, by prohibiting speech, speech is tamed, and as a sign, one will encounter and converse with non-humans. By prohibiting the speaking of speech, the mind is tamed. As a sign of this, one will first see the forms of non-humans, and then partial clairvoyance will gradually arise. Therefore, the key to speech is the instruction on the key to cutting off the connection between body and mind. In the key to the mind, look at the expanse of the sky without thinking any thoughts. In the Thal 'gyur, it says, "The mind is accomplished by entrusting it to the Dharmadhatu." Therefore, mainly by taming the body and speech, the mind is naturally tamed, Dharmadhatu wisdom arises, and the bonds of the three realms are cut off. In the Seed Tantra, it says, "Whoever tames body and speech in this way, will become accustomed to the light of the Dharmadhatu." And in the Vajra Array, it says, "Body, speech, and mind"
