From the Secret Conduct Seed Tantra: By familiarizing oneself with the sounds and meanings of the four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, the manifestation of direct knowledge of the native languages of the six realms will be accomplished. These are the external elements, the support and abode of all sentient beings. Tenth, these and other phenomena of samsara and nirvana, the yogi's body and mind being complete, are explained in three parts: the general explanation of the complete aspect of harmony, the specific explanation of the complete aspect of body and mind, and understanding through the decisive play of great symbols. The first is: In this dharma of the assembly of body and mind of beings, everything is inherently complete and self-arisen. The rain of skillful means and wisdom, like father and mother; the rain of dharmakaya enlightenment, like the wind that propels karma; the rain of the five families' primordial sounds, like the seeds of the five elements; the two accumulations of the path, the rain of the union of skillful means and wisdom, like the essence of equipoise; the rain of abiding in the ground essence, like abiding in the womb; the seven pure realms, the rain of the completion of the seven paths, like the way the body is formed in seven weeks and seven times; the rain of the completion of the ten bhumis, like the ten months of residing in the womb; the rain of the path being completed and the three kayas becoming Buddha, like the birth of the nirmanakaya, the body abiding and enjoying objects, the sambhogakaya, and the appearance of the rain of emptiness of the dharmakaya at death. The way beings inherently traverse the ground, path, and fruit and are liberated. As it says in the Garland of Pearls: The Bhagavan said, 'It is not liberated by effort, but inherently abides in liberation. From the union of skillful means and wisdom, the cause of father and mother is, what is moved by the wind of propulsion, is the great bliss of self-awareness of enlightenment. The seed born from the cause of the five elements, appears in the realm of emptiness. The equipoise of bliss of the two, is the wisdom born from skillful means. Entering into the womb, self-awareness appears from the ground. Seven weeks and seven times is the measure of realization, ten months is traversing the bhumis. Birth itself is the establishment of the body, the growth of the body is the object of the ground's appearance. Abiding in the body is the ground, aging clears away confusion, sickness is the confidence of realization, death liberates the dharmata into emptiness. Thus, all appearing sentient beings are inherently liberated without effort.' So it is said. Especially in connection with the way to reverse delusion: Birth is a part of the use of awareness from the realm, the body is the basis, the external appearanc
