For those with wisdom, it is taught in three stages. The small stage has three aspects. The Dharma that aligns with their wisdom: those defiled by concepts are Shravakas; those with discernment are Pratyekabuddhas; those who engage in conceptual imputation are Bodhisattvas. For the middling three, what is taught is: for the extremely inferior, it is Kriya; for the inferior, it is Charya; for those with consciousness, it is Yoga. For the great three stages: for those with vast minds, it is Generation Stage; for those with essential minds, it is Completion Stage; for the supremely secret and excellent, it is Great Perfection. Thus it is said. The exceedingly vast Great Vehicle is such that all teachings are included in the Three Baskets. Mantras are the Great Abhisamaya. Sutra, Vinaya, and Abhidharma, these three equally amount to twenty-one thousand one hundred. There are eighty-four thousand collections of Dharma. If further divided, in relation to each antidote that subdues the conceptual aggregates of sentient beings, they are vast, numerous, inconceivable, and beyond expression. Here, the vehicles are classified into nine. First, regarding the explanation of the Shravaka Vehicle, there are five points. The essence is: the mind that desires to liberate oneself alone from samsara is the means to realize the selflessness of the individual. The definition is: having listened to the Dharma from the teacher, then proclaiming it to others, and relying on the teacher in order to accomplish enlightenment in the final existence, therefore it is a Shravaka. The necessity is: to definitely emerge from samsara. The result is: attaining the Arhatship of remainder and no remainder. The divisions are the Sutra School and the Vaibhashika School. The Vaibhashika School is: the coarse conventional truth, like a yak tail and tender grass, appears as a single collection, but in ultimate truth, it is considered to be discrete particles with parts. The continuum of consciousness is conventional, the moment is ultimate, without parts, like water in a vase. From the aggregates, elements, and sources, the coarse appearance is considered to be surrounded by subtle particles with intervals. Although they accept the selflessness of the individual, they accept the self of phenomena, that particles and moments exist. This is also through the Dharma contained in the Four Truths, understanding cause and effect to be abandoned and adopted. Focusing on the four aspects of cause, origin, cessation, and path, the aspects of consciousness are that suffering should be known, origin should be abandoned, path should be cultivated, and cessation should be attained, and suffering

Through the modes of realization of abandonment, emptiness, and selflessness, through the path, reasoning, practice, and definite arising, there is cessation, peace, and excellence. By meditating on the nature of selflessness, having abandoned the four hundred and fourteen things to be abandoned by seeing and meditating in the three realms, one desires to be liberated by manifesting the supreme wisdom of knowing exhaustion and knowing non-arising. The Sutra School, on the other hand, considers the object to be focused on as the four truths, and the consciousness that focuses on them as twelve types. By knowing this, they abandon eighty-eight subtle defilements and desire to realize supreme wisdom. This is similar to the previous selflessness of the person, On top of that, the realm of phenomena is superior in one aspect, that is, the part with particles is obscured by the five bases of knowable things, namely, the base of the main mind, the base of the arising of the entourage mind, the base of non-associated compositional aggregates, the base of the uncompounded permanence, and the base of the appearance of the form aggregate. By realizing the nature of these five, the indivisible particles are not obscured. Therefore, half of the realm of phenomena, that is, the coarse appearance of the object to be grasped, is composed of particles that do not adhere to touch. This is also realized as indivisible, so it is more superior than before, and it is the same as the view that does not acknowledge real particles. When these two are diligently practicing the path, by the order of arising the five paths, they meditate on selflessness and illusion as the common antidote to the three poisons, and they meditate on the eight impure things and skeletons as the individual antidote to desire, loving-kindness as the antidote to hatred, dependent origination in forward and reverse order as the antidote to ignorance, and counting the breath as the antidote to conceptual thought. When meditating on selflessness, one also meditates on the meaning of the cessation of the object and the subject, the cessation of cessation, and not focusing on anything. If there is dullness, then one focuses on the burning lamp on the crown of the head as the antidote to the ignorance of drowsiness. By doing so, some of those with dull and medium faculties who are diligent will in this very life obtain the result, while those with sharp faculties and some Bodhisattvas, relying on the accumulation of many resources of the five paths that have gone before, will perfect the five paths in one seat and desire to be liberated. Among them, from the perspective of the Hearer Vehicle, their path is divided into Hearers, Solitary Buddhas, and Boddhisattvas, according to whether their faculties are small, medium, or large.
