It is called the Great Perfection. It is divided into: the Great Perfection that asserts all phenomena are mind, and the Great Perfection that asserts the division of mind. What is meant by mind is the affirmation of mind-only as real and the negation of non-reality. What is meant by reality is not established merely in mind-only, nor is mind established merely in reality. Although it is all kinds of mind, it does not cling; because mind is not established as cause and characteristic, even the statement "it is not all kinds of mind" cannot be established. Therefore, even the statement "external objects are unreal" cannot be established as a conceptual designation. However, because it is all kinds, it does not negate anything; because it is mind, even all kinds are not established. Therefore, the Great Perfection is said to be beyond acceptance and rejection. Although appearances appear in various ways, because they do not go beyond the wheel of the one mind, they are understood as all kinds. Mind-essence is understood as all kinds. The second is the Mind Series, which asserts the division of mind. Its nature is the mind of the division of appearance, and the division of mind is appearance. Whatever appears is mind. Because mind-essence arises as self-born wisdom, the play of the division of mind has no obstruction and is self-arisen. It is divided into six

By the key of reversing adverse conditions, it arises spontaneously without contrivance. Because it is originally pure without cause, it is considered the nature of reality that is free from obscurations. Furthermore, there is no place to move from the nature of reality. It is the basis that transcends causeless results. Because obscurations transcend the path, it is the basis that is not stained by any good or bad deeds. The third is called the collapse of the source of samsara and nirvana by definitely knowing the aspect of the mind. Because the basic abiding state cannot be altered, from the nature of the mind's spontaneously arising wisdom manifesting in all directions, one recognizes that there is no birth, and thus recognizes that there are no good or bad deeds. Because various appearances appear from the unborn mind, there is no obstruction to the play, so one recognizes that there is no acceptance or rejection of the dharmas of samsara and nirvana. Thus, by the nature of the basis of play, one recognizes that there is no difference in essence by the logic of non-duality. Thus, because this non-dual dharma is not established by conceptualization, by the logic of self-liberation of essence, everything has no place to transcend the nature of reality. Furthermore, it is considered delusion by the logic that the basic mind itself cannot be altered. The fourth is that the play of spontaneously arising wisdom pervades all of samsara and nirvana without partiality. Because there is no cessation of the appearance of conceptual force, there is no establishment of samsara and the lower realms. Because the nature of appearances is different, it does not transcend the logic of the naturally biased nature, so it is naturally pure. Samsara is emptied. It does not transcend the view of all-pervading original perfection. Furthermore, because it does not fall into the extremes of existence and non-existence, appearance and emptiness, it is considered the nature of reality that is free from action and transcends happiness and suffering. The fifth is that because there is no seeing in the aspect of the mind, appearances are not divided into samsara and nirvana, and because no clinging is abandoned in the essence of all things, one abides in the realm of view that is free from activity. It is not anything, but various appearances appear. Because appearances are vast and impartial and self-liberated, it is considered self-liberation that transcends action and conduct. The sixth is that because it is free from intellect, it is not established as a real thing, but because reality appears spontaneously, mental concepts are self-liberated. Because the nature of appearances is not established as true or false, one abides in the extremes of existence and non-existence, so it is considered that neither truth nor falsehood is established. Thus, the category of mind has twenty-one hundred thousand shlokas, and there are three realms, namely, based on the nature of reality...
