I am known as the lower Svātantrika. Secondly, in the ultimate truth, even illusion does not exist, because there is no object and no aspect, so there is no individual self-awareness that experiences its non-existence, just as a barren woman has no son, so there is no consciousness to measure him. Since there is no truth in the conventional truth, nothing exists in the ultimate truth, just as the appearance of horses and cattle disappears when one wakes up from a dream, but because it did not exist in the first place, it is not established as disappearing in reality. The Intermediate Mother Sutra says, "In the ultimate truth, there is neither samsara nor nirvana, nor emptiness, it is only a verbal designation." This is what is believed. In this regard, there are countless names such as the conventional not being established at all, the reason not being established, the contradiction not being established, the contradictory not being established, one not being established, many not being established, being separate from one and many not being established, and mere appearance not being established at all, and so on. This is known as the higher Svātantrika. The Prasangika Madhyamikas, on the other hand, believe that in this way, everything such as not being established in the ultimate truth and merely appearing as illusion in the conventional truth is refuted, and the nature that transcends the extremes of existence and non-existence is free from all commitments. As it says in the Noble King of Samadhi Sutra: "Constancy and impermanence are also extremes, existence and non-existence are both extremes, therefore, having completely abandoned both extremes, the wise do not abide even in the middle." And as it says in the Konchok Ta Sutra: "The Thus Gone One is always the unborn Dharma, all Dharmas are like the Sugata, those with childish minds grasp at signs, and in the world they practice non-existent Dharmas." And as it says in the Root Wisdom: "Because of dependent arising, there is no birth and no cessation, no discontinuity and no permanence, no coming and no going, neither different meanings nor one meaning, peaceful cessation of elaboration, I prostrate to that supreme one of the perfect Buddhas who teaches this cause and condition." And as it says in the Refutation of Disputes: "If I had any thesis, then I would have this fault, but since I have no thesis, I am completely without fault." And "Since I have nothing to affirm, I have nothing to refute, therefore you are now only slandering without fault."

established. It is said. Furthermore, it is believed that there is no philosophical system established by conceptualization, because it is for the pacification of elaboration. Although it is regarded as a branch of understanding conventional terms, just as things appear in various ways to ordinary people, even that is not accepted. Because what appears as Dharma is beyond truth and falsehood, it is believed to be free from the extremes of existence and non-existence and from the present time. This is the pinnacle of those who expound philosophical tenets among Buddhists. Its great treatises are the six collections of reasoning of the Madhyamaka, namely: the Root Wisdom, the Sixty Stanzas on Reasoning, the Seventy Stanzas on Emptiness, Thorough Analysis, Refutation of Objections, and Establishment of Names. Moreover, in the presence of the noble Nagarjuna, he composed a collection of words in the commentary on the first turning of the Dharma wheel of the four truths. In the commentary on the second turning of the Dharma wheel of signlessness, he composed a collection of reasoning. In the commentary on the third turning of the Dharma wheel of definitive meaning, he composed a collection of praises. Therefore, this teacher is the second Buddha who turned the wheel of Dharma, and his treatises are no different from the words of the Buddha. The fourth meaning is the establishment of the vehicle of action tantra, which has two aspects: showing how it is superior to the vehicle of cause, and explaining the superior vehicle itself. The first is that the characteristic vehicle requires great effort on the cause and must be accomplished with great difficulty, whereas mantra relies on the cause and the result is already ripe, so enlightenment is attained with little effort, thus it is superior. From the cause to the five paths and ten grounds, it takes countless eons with great difficulty to attain Buddhahood, whereas mantra takes one lifetime for the best, the intermediate state for the average, and even the worst takes only a few lifetimes to attain Buddhahood, so it is superior because of the speed of time. Even the first ground of seeing the truth requires immeasurable accumulations, etc., whereas the mandala and feast offerings of mantra are accomplished with subtle means, so it is superior. The cause does not directly show the path, but establishes it by showing it as provisional and definitive, intentional and hidden intentional, whereas mantra shows the path directly in one instant, so it is superior because there is no fault or obstacle. In short, compared to the vehicle of cause, the vehicle of mantra has more methods, no difficulties, no confusion, and sharp faculties for accomplishing the desired meaning.
