That which pacifies all elaborations is called "ultimate meaning." Thus it is said. Secondly, all phenomena are primordially pure in their essence, transcending the elaborations of existence and non-existence. As it is said in the Root Wisdom: "Not known from others is peace, Without conceptual distinctions, Not elaborated by elaborations, That is its characteristic." Thus it is said. Secondly, the order of practicing after knowing: If a Bodhisattva is a householder, it is acceptable whether or not they have taken the lay vows. If they are ordained, then on the basis of the ten precepts of a novice monk, the 250 vows of a fully ordained monk, and the 363 vows of a fully ordained nun, they generate the mind of enlightenment of the Great Vehicle, and abide in the eighty-five training precepts. On the small accumulation path, they cultivate the four mindfulnesses; on the intermediate path, they cultivate the four right abandonments; on the great path, they cultivate the four legs of miraculous power. On the joining path, at the heat and peak stages, they cultivate the five faculties; at the forbearance and supreme worldly stages, they cultivate the five powers. On the seeing path, they cultivate the seven branches of enlightenment. On the path of meditation, on the nine grounds, they cultivate the eightfold noble path. Thus, they perfect the warmth and other qualities of the grounds and paths, along with their signs, from the Joyful Ground onwards, and manifest the path of no more learning. Thirdly, the final result: On the Ground of All-Illuminating Light, for their own benefit, they attain the Dharmakaya, and for the benefit of others, they attain the two sacred Rupakayas. They see with the two wisdoms of knowing how it is and how many there are, and benefit sentient beings until samsara is empty. As it is said in the Entering Path: "The peaceful body appears like a wish-fulfilling tree, Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, without discrimination. For the sake of liberating beings, it constantly benefits the world. This is the appearance of being free from elaboration." Thus it is said. For a detailed explanation of these principles, see Self-Arisen Wisdom: "The vehicle of the Bodhisattva, The entrance is the two truths, Ultimate and relative. The branch of the discipline of protection, Is the eighty-five precepts. The view is emptiness and wisdom. Ultimate and relative are viewed thus, Relative is considered to be of two types, Erroneous and correct. Erroneous relative is thus, All appearances are imputed, They appear concordant and can function, But when examined, they are empty of essence, The meaning appears as if non-existent. This is

The conventional truth is obscured. The true conventional truth is like this: the deeds of the ten virtues, and the thoughts that have become white, and all the thoughts of devotion, are considered to be the great true conventional truth. Generosity and so on, discipline, and likewise concentration and so on, are the great true conventional truth. Ultimate truth also has two aspects: the ultimate truth of names and words, and the ultimate truth of the true mind. With the ultimate truth of names and words, everything can be refuted and argued. That is also the reasoning of valid cognition, whatever appears as it is in that very thing. For the great emptiness of words, it is empty in meaning and not understood. It is the ultimate truth of names and words. The ultimate truth of the true mind is that one wants to meditate on emptiness, nothing at all. For example, like the emptiness of the sky, the meaning of emptiness itself is just like that. Emptiness is annihilation and limitless. It is said to be practicing and clinging. The path is considered to be like this. One wants to practice on the ground. That is also warmth, forbearance, the peak, the supreme dharma of the world. Warmth is shown in three ways: outer, inner, and both. The outer warmth is like this: when both are pure and without stain, emptiness that appears as an object arises. That is the practice of concentration, it is said to arise on the second ground. The inner warmth is on the sixth ground, understood as emptiness and awareness. The warmth of both is like this: it is said to arise from the seventh ground. The eighth ground is the attainment of forbearance, the ninth ground is the completion of the peak. The tenth ground is the supreme dharma of the world. Likewise, one wants to attain the ten grounds. That is the Bodhi vehicle, there are no words of emptiness, no letters. It is considered to be nothing at all. Thus it is said. The second meaning, the detailed explanation of the established tenets, has two parts: the detailed explanation of the views of the Mind-Only school and the Middle Way school. In the first view, everything that appears as white, red, and various colors, together with awareness, is considered to be the manifestation of one's own mind as true, this is the true aspect of the Mind-Only school; considering the manifestation of awareness as false, this is the false aspect of the Mind-Only school. The first view is that what appears as an object is merely the manifestation of one's own awareness appearing outward. Just like the jewel hanging on the branch of the jewel tree by the pond, when the image of Kekeru appears in the water, the appearance of the jewel is merely appearing outward. That's what they think. To distinguish this:
