Regarding the three key points, the key point of the door has three ways of looking, which is not moving. As it says in the same text: "The key is that the distant rope does not move. At this time, combine it with the three ways of looking." And in the "String of Pearls": "The door itself does not move, and the two that manifest do not move." It is also like that. This is because the two eyes do not move, and the light channels do not move. By this, the continuity of conceptual thoughts is cut off. The key point of the object is to fix the eyes on the sky at the point of maturity, and to look without letting awareness wander. This is called the way of looking at the expanse and rigpa. This is because the sky is the basis for the manifestation of the lamp of the pure expanse, so looking at it is called the way of looking at the expanse. Awareness is the play of rigpa, so if it does not wander, the appearance of the rainbow-light child will manifest, so it is called the way of looking at rigpa. At this time, because the outer expanse is directed towards the sky, the inner expanse lamp abides. When it abides, the nature of rigpa, the rainbow-light child, also abides. When it abides, all the appearances that arise from it also abide. These are also from the "Secret Conduct Seed Tantra": "The way of looking at the expanse and rigpa is to look at the sky free from obscurations." And from the "Thal Gyur": "The expanse is outer and inner. The outer is to hold onto the cloudless sky. The inner expanse is the pure lamp." And from the "String of Pearls": "The key point of the object also has three aspects: the pure expanse abides, likewise the nature of rigpa abides, and all appearances abide." It is also like that. The key point of wind-rigpa is, as the "Thal Gyur" says: "When wind-rigpa is slow, wisdom is accomplished." Therefore, the key point is to make the wind slow in every way and release it far away. This is because the wind is the horse of the mind, so when it is released outwards, the horse is cut off outwards, and the person is cut off inwards. The rainbow light dissolves into the heart, and rigpa is clear in its own nature of primordial purity, and non-conceptual thought abides in the intention of the dharmakaya, which is the key point of naturally abiding. As the same tantra says: "The wind should be slowed down in every way. It arises from being released extremely. The connection between body and mind is cut off. And it does not return in the three realms." It is also like that. The key point of rigpa is that when the eyes do not move and the mind does not wander, and the appearances of the expanse, including the rainbow-light child, arise, one holds the rainbow-light child within the realm of the expanse without any movement. As it says in the "One Son of the Buddha": "Within the expanse, the rainbow-light child, is truly placed and not separated."

Furthermore, it says in the Transcendent Wisdom, "The self-face recognizing awareness bindu, free from going and coming, is in the sky." Thus it is said. Second, to introduce the self-face through direct perception: the self-appearance vajra bindu seen through the key point is the primordial Samantabhadra Buddha, the first Buddha, the self-radiance that one inherently possesses. Seeing it today, one becomes equal in fortune to the primordial Samantabhadra. Generate joy in seeing your own self-face! The appearance of your own awareness, which inherently abides as the vajra bindu, is seen today. Thus it is said. In the Self-Arisen Teachings Tantra, it says, "Whoever sees it in this way, is equal in fortune to the primordial Samantabhadra." Thus it is said. Also, in the Transcendent Wisdom, it says, "The nature of the bindu is that all discriminations are purified, and one attains Buddhahood without error." Thus it is said. "For the fortunate one who obtains direct perception, there is no name of the three realms of samsara, and the three existences are completely severed." Thus it is said. Moreover, the bindu refers to the radiance of the actual light channel, and all parts such as thigle and the five lights. Because "the bindu is numerous." Thus it appears. In this way, all parts of the light appearance and empty form at the time of appearance are the self-radiance of the essence of the sugata-garbha realm, the appearance of wisdom, just as the radiance of crystal appears outwards. The parts that move and flicker, and come and go, increase and decrease, and are able to appear to external objects, are the actions of the five causal winds, just as sunlight striking crystal causes the appearance of light. Moreover, by subduing with the manner of looking, when the moving action karma wind enters, the scattering of thoughts and mental events ceases, and the light appearance remains without moving or flickering, which is one place. The horse of the mind and the cause of the appearance of light, both are done by that one wind. Therefore, at that time, it is bound in its own place. At the time of final exhaustion, the five winds are purified into the inner space, so all appearances of illusion and mistaken thoughts caused by that cause and condition, and all the realms of light of vision, also self-liberate in the ground of primordial purity of the inner space. The gate of spontaneous accomplishment disappears into space, and the depth of spontaneous accomplishment remains only in a subtle part, without becoming an actual appearance. Therefore, it is called the Dharmakaya, without appearance, abiding in one taste.
