Like being busy, nothing stays. Like appearing without beginning or end, there is no direction to aim at. Like appearing without being tainted by parts, there is nothing to divide into categories. Like ornaments never ceasing to appear, and in the high place, there is no up or down. The appearance of self-nature is like vastness, but without partiality. Like clarity, but without substance. Like blue, but without division. Like white, but without clinging to types. Like yellow, but complete with qualities. Like red, but without ceasing to understand. Like green, but complete with qualities. Abiding in the five colors, but without clinging to color, this is great. Round but without shape. Unceasing but without fault. Not pervasive but with great self-radiance. Self-luminous but with inside and outside. Without effort, it is naturally accomplished. The appearance of compassion is like emptiness, but clear and unceasing. Without elaboration, but with great elaboration. Self-nature is unceasing, but with great uncertainty. Because of clarity, there is no darkness. Because of unceasing, there is great non-existence. Outwardly empty, but with great universal manifestation. Unmixed, but with great complete appearance. Universally pervasive, but with great unity. Pure, but with the great unceasing delusion. Complete, but with the great unified appearance. The understanding of compassion abides without ceasing. Third, regarding the forms, reversing the basis of confusion: The basis of primordial purity is said to be the essence abiding as the Dharmakaya with three wisdoms, but some mistakenly believe that this has wisdom and self-luminous mouths, eyes, ears, and so on. It is confused with secret cycles and cannot avoid the mistakes of Mahayoga. If there really are mouths and eyes, are the senses gross and tangible, or are they merely parts of the formless mind? If the former, then there is no difference from the gross desire realm. If the latter, then there is no difference from the twelve sources. As it says in "Self-Arisen": In the great pure Dharmakaya, because there is no object to grasp, there is no imputation of characteristics. If there were characteristics, the Dharmakaya would be graspable. So it is said. Some people are confused by the explanation of self-nature as five lights, and they think that the five lights exist as self-characteristics. In this way, there would be no difference between the Dharmakaya and the Rupakaya, and the space would not be emptiness of Dharmata. As it says in the same text: Turning into having characteristics

Here. The Dharmakaya transforms into a Rupakaya. Thus it is said. Some, misunderstanding the explanation of compassion as being unimpeded, all-pervasive, and free from elaboration, believe that wisdom ceases. If there is no plan for wisdom, there is no knowledge of the Buddha, and it becomes like a void of annihilation, or like a stone. As it says in the Klong Drugpa: If knowledge and wisdom are not two, what is the difference between them and stones? Or it becomes an empty annihilation, this is only a transformation. Knowing the knowable as it is, with the wisdom of the part of compassion, knows the reality of its own nature. If there is no part of that wisdom, what is the difference between it and the form of the four elements? Knowing the knowable as it is, with the wisdom of compassion, knows the thoughts of those to be tamed. Without this, it is the same as the sky. Therefore, the wisdom of the all-knowing appears in the part of compassion. These are not held by memory, but abide in their own nature, and do not coarsely abide in the grasper and the grasped. Clear and profound appearance in the subtle part, This is the path of sentient beings, growing upwards like a seed. Thus it is said. These two wisdoms, both pure, exist in the base as only a plan, and are not coarse, so at the time of enlightenment, these two wisdoms arise. It is also said in the Compendium: If there is no wisdom, there is no increase of qualities, and there is no Bodhi. The Dharma of the Buddha, like the ocean, will also not exist. Thus it is said. Then, how is it explained that awareness has a house of light, a realm of boundless light? It is explained that in the base, in the self-occurring purity of the Dharmadhatu and the ultimate purity of liberation, there is only a plan of clear and profound, but there is no actual element of the Rupakaya, light, and clear awareness entering the realm. Because in the state of the immutable Dharmakaya, there is no object or sign at any time. Just as a clear crystal ball in the sun, and when separated from conditions in the shade, there is only clear and profound, but the five lights do not appear. Awareness rises from the base, and when the base appears, and when it now abides in the body, and in the Bardo of Dharmata, it abides in the house of light. Self-awareness rises from the base, and until the ultimate ground is attained, it abides in the base appearance. Just as a candle abides in its own light, or the appearance of crystal meeting sunlight, In short.
