་དང་། རྩ་བརྒྱད་པ་ལ་བཞི་ཆར་གྱི་བྱེད་པའི་ལས་ཀྱིས་གོར་གོར་པོའི་གཞིར་སྨིན་པ་སྟེ་འབྱུང་བ་བཞི་ཆར་གྱི་ལས་འཁྲུགས་པས་བཤིག་ནས་རྩ་དགུ་པའི་ནུབ་མོ་ཆུས་བསྡུས། སས་བརྟན། མེས་སྨིན། རླུང་གིས་འཕེལ་བའི་ལས་བྱས་པ་ལས་འཁོར་ལོ་བཞི་ལ་དབང་པོ་ལྔའི་རྟེན་གྱི་རྩ་ཆགས་ཏེ། སྐྱེད་བྱེད་དང་པོའི་འཁོར་ལོ་རྩ་འདབ་དྲུག་ཅུ་རྩ་བཞི་འབྱུང་བའི་སྤྱན་དང་སྒྲོན་མའི་སྤྱན་གཉིས་དང་བཅས་པ་བསྐྱེད། དེ་ནས་ཞག་གཅིག་ཏུ་གོང་ལྟར་བྱས་པས་དྲན་པ་འདུས་པའི་འཁོར་ལོ་རྩ་བ་བརྒྱད་ལས་གྱེས་པའི་རྩ་འདབ་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་སྤྱན་གཉིས་དང་བཅས་པ་བསྐྱེད། དེ་ནས་ཞག་གཉིས་སུ་གོང་ལྟར་བྱས་པས་རོ་རྣམས་འདུས་པར་རྩ་འདབ་བཅུ་དྲུག་སྤྱན་གཉིས་དང་བཅས་པ་བསྐྱེད། དེ་ནས་གོང་ལྟར་ཞག་གཉིས་བྱས་པས་རྩེ་མོ་རྣམ་བཀོད་དུ་རྩ་འདབ་སུམ་བརྒྱ་དང་དྲུག་ཅུ་སྤྱན་གཉིས་དང་བཅས་པ་སྨིན་པར་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་འབྱུང་བའི་ལས་ཞག་གཅིག་ཏུ་བྱས་པས་ མཁྲང་འགྱུར་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་དག་རབ་ཏུ་སྲ་བ་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་ནས་འཁོར་ལོ་བཞིའི་དབུས་སུ་རོ་རྐྱང་དང་ཀུན་འདར་མ་གསུམ་ཀ་བའི་ཚུལ་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་གསལ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་མཁྲང་འགྱུར་ཡང་ཆུའི་བརླན་གྱིས་བཤིག་སས་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྡུས། རླུང་གིས་སོ་སོར་ཕྱེ་ཞིང་གཏོར། མེས་སྨིན་པར་བྱས་པ་ལས་ཞག་བཞི་ནས་དབང་པོ་རྣམས་བསྐྱེད། དེ་ནས་ཞག་གཅིག་ཏུ་མེས་བསྲེགས་ཏེ་སྟོངས་པར་བྱས། རླུང་གིས་སོ་སོར་ཕྱེ། སས་གཅིག་ཏུ་མནན་པར་བྱས། ཆུས་འཕེལ་བའི་ལས་བྱས་པས་ལུས་སྤྱི་བསྐྱེད། དེ་ནས་ཞག་གཅིག་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བ་རྣམས་གཅིག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པས་ཁྱབ་འཇུག་ཉ་ལྟ་བུ་མའི་ཕྱག་གང་པ་ཞིག་ཏུ་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་ཡང་འབྱུང་བའི་ལས་ཐ་དད་པས་ཞག་གཉིས་སུ་ཆུས་གོང་མ་དེ་བཤིག་ནས་ཡང་བསྡུས་པས་གཟུགས་སུ་གྲུབ་པར་བྱས། ཞག་གཅིག་ཏུ་སས་བཟུང་བས་དབང་པོ་དང་དོན་སྣོད་རྣམས་ཐ་དད་དུ་བྱས། དེ་ནས་ཞག་གཅིག་ཏུ་མེས་སྨིན་པར་བྱས་པས་དབང་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་གསལ་བར་དོད། དེ་ནས་རླུང་གིས་ཞག་གཅིག་ཏུ་ཕྱེ་བས་མིག་ལ་སོགས་པ་སོ་སོར་མ་འདྲེས་པར་བྱས་སོ། །དེ་ནས་འབྱུང་བའི་ལས་དངོས་སུ་མེད་ཤུགས་ལས་བྱས་པས་ལུས་བསྐྱེད་པ་ནི། ཆུས་བརླན་པའི་ལས་བྱས་པས་ཆེར་འཕེལ་བ་ལ་ཞག་གཅིག །སས་སྲ་ཞིང་བརྟན་པས་གཟུགས་སུ་གྲུབ་ པར་བྱས་པ་ལ་གཅིག་སྟེ་ཞག་དྲུག །དེ་ནས་ཞག་གཅིག་ཏུ་མེ་དང་རླུང་གིས་ཕྱེ་ཞིང་སྨིན་པས་དབྱིབས་དེ་རུས་སྦལ་བཞིན་དུ་དབང་པོ་དང་ལུས་ཀྱི་རྣམ་སྤྱི་གསལ་བ་ལ་ཡན་ལག་མེད་

并且，第八个（阶段）由四大元素的运作，成熟为球形的基础，即四大元素的运作扰乱后瓦解，第九个（阶段）的夜晚被水聚集，地稳固，火成熟，风进行增长的运作，由此四个脉轮上形成了五根的所依之脉。生殖轮，最初的脉轮，生出六十四根脉，包括双眼和灯盏之眼。之后，一天内如前一样运作，生出忆念聚集之轮，从八根脉分出的三十二根脉，包括双眼。之后，两天内如前一样运作，生出汇集诸味之轮，十六根脉，包括双眼。之后，如前一样两天运作，在顶端形成三百六十根脉，包括双眼，使其成熟。之后，四大元素的运作一天内完成，称为坚硬化。它们变得非常坚硬，合为一体，在四个脉轮的中央，三种（脉），即绳索脉、遍动脉和非遍动脉，如柱子般清晰显现。 之后，再次坚硬化，又被水的湿润所瓦解，被地聚集为一，被风分离和吹散，被火成熟，由此四天后生出诸根。之后，一天内被火焚烧而空，被风分离，被地压为一，被水进行增长的运作，由此生出身躯的总体。之后，一天内诸元素合为一体，如遍入鱼般，成为母亲一手掌大小。 之后，又由不同的元素运作，两天内水瓦解之前的（状态）又聚集，由此形成形状。一天内被地抓住，由此诸根和内脏变得不同。之后，一天内被火成熟，由此诸根的门显现。之后，风一天内分离，由此眼睛等各自不混合。 之后，四大元素的运作并非实际存在，而是通过力量运作而生出身躯：水进行湿润的运作，由此大大增长用了一天。地变得坚硬和稳固，由此形成形状用了一天，即六天。之后，一天内火和风分离并成熟，由此形状如龟，诸根和身体的总体显现，但没有肢体。

And, in the eighth (stage), by the operation of the four great elements, it matures into a spherical base, that is, the operation of the four great elements is disturbed and disintegrates, and on the ninth (stage) night, it is gathered by water, stabilized by earth, matured by fire, and wind performs the operation of growth, thereby forming the root veins of the five senses on the four chakras. The generative wheel, the first chakra, produces sixty-four veins, including the two eyes and the lamp eye. After that, operating as before for one day, it produces the wheel of accumulated memory, thirty-two veins branching from eight veins, including the two eyes. After that, operating as before for two days, it produces the wheel of accumulated tastes, sixteen veins, including the two eyes. After that, operating as before for two days, it forms three hundred and sixty veins at the apex, including the two eyes, making them mature. After that, the operation of the four great elements is completed in one day, called hardening. They become very hard, united as one, and in the center of the four chakras, the three (veins), namely the rope vein, the all-pervading vein, and the non-all-pervading vein, appear clearly like pillars. After that, it hardens again, and is again disintegrated by the moisture of water, gathered as one by earth, separated and scattered by wind, and matured by fire, thereby producing the senses after four days. After that, in one day, it is burned and emptied by fire, separated by wind, pressed as one by earth, and water performs the operation of growth, thereby producing the overall body. After that, in one day, the elements become one, like the all-pervading fish, becoming the size of a mother's palm. After that, again by the operation of different elements, in two days, water disintegrates the previous (state) and gathers again, thereby forming the shape. In one day, it is grasped by earth, thereby the senses and internal organs become different. After that, in one day, it is matured by fire, thereby the doors of the senses appear clearly. After that, wind separates in one day, thereby the eyes and so on do not mix separately. After that, the operation of the four great elements does not actually exist, but the body is produced by the operation of power: water performs the operation of moistening, thereby greatly increasing for one day. Earth becomes hard and stable, thereby forming the shape for one day, that is, six days. After that, in one day, fire and wind separate and mature, thereby the shape is like a turtle, the overall appearance of the senses and body appears, but there are no limbs.
