Fearless emptiness and Clarity, the completion of all activities is the definition of the Dharmakaya. Thus it is said. Enjoyment is the marks and signs, completion is being complete, the body is appearance but empty of inherent existence. In the Lion's Power Perfection, it says, 'The definition of the Sambhogakaya is bright and radiant.' Thus it is said. The Nirmanakaya is appearing in various ways and doing meaningful deeds. In Rangshar it says, 'To tame whatever beings, it appears in accordance with them.' Thus it is said. The characteristic also has a common characteristic, abiding in the basis that possesses both ultimate purity, which is the body of the Buddha. The specific characteristics are, in the Lion's Power Perfection, 'The characteristic of the Dharmakaya is beyond thought, the characteristic of the Sambhogakaya is clear and without concept, the characteristic of the Nirmanakaya shows various forms.' And, in the Thalgyur, 'The characteristic is made of Dharma, made of desirable qualities, and made of various methods.' Thus it is said. The nature is, in the Tantra itself, 'The nature of the body, the Dharmata, is, the nature is emptiness and clarity, unobstructed knowing and appearing. The Dharmata of the body is perfection and, irreversibility and without coming and going, beyond speech, thought, and expression.' Thus it is said. The way of abiding has three aspects. The Dharmakaya abides free from characteristics, like space. The Sambhogakaya abides free from grossness, like a rainbow. The Nirmanakaya abides in various uncertain ways, like a magical game. In the Thalgyur it says, 'The way of abiding of the body has three aspects, because it is free from the Dharma of characteristics, it is not a colored form, because the nature of clarity is complete, it appears but is empty of inherent existence, in order to purify the minds of those to be tamed, it abides in unwavering great equanimity.' Thus it is said. The realms have three aspects. The realm of the Dharmakaya is primordial purity, beyond thought. The realm of the Sambhogakaya is the five bodies appearing as the five wisdoms. The realm of the Nirmanakaya is the various beings to be tamed, appearing as the environment and its inhabitants, vast as the expanse of space. When explaining in detail, it will be discussed in the chapter on distinctions. Those to be tamed are, the completely pure self-nature is the object of the Dharmakaya, awareness beyond movement and effort. The object of the Sambhogakaya is the mandala of the self-appearing main deity and retinue. The object of the Nirmanakaya is the six realms in their own places. These also possess the nature of the five perfections, preciou

From the great accumulation, the Dharmakaya, self-purified from clinging, in the palace of self-purification without elaboration, to the inner retinue inseparable from oneself, with the speech of no signs, the dharmas without elaboration, non-abiding and self-exhausting, arise from the heart, unspoken and without speech, shown in the state of great equanimity. The Sambhogakaya, self-luminous and pure, in the palace of five-light purity, with the speech of great bliss without elaboration, to the retinues of the five Buddha families, the dharmas of non-substantial purity, arise from the heart endowed with five wisdoms, pure light rays spread on the tongue, also in the six self-born syllables, unspoken and shown as the great self-born. The Nirmanakaya, without manifest clinging, in the self-abiding place of the Dharma-born to be tamed, to the fortunate ones awakened from the six realms, with the speech of elaborated words, all the dharmas according to the inclinations of the senses, from the self-luminous heart of memory, spread on the tongue without attachment to the senses, shown as dharmas of countless vehicles. Thus. Activity: For self-benefit, perfected in the Dharmakaya, therefore, from the state of abiding without moving from the expanse, for the benefit of others, manifesting the Rupakaya, turning the helm of beings upwards, therefore, as long as samsara exists, the two benefits are spontaneously accomplished. The so-called activity of turning the wheel of Dharma, as it is said in that tantra: One's own self-born, self-manifest, in the self-sound of the emptiness of Dharma-nature, from the beginning, the wheel of Dharma is turned. Thus. The benefit of others is that, without moving from the expanse, it arises naturally, like the moon in water. In the "Ratnakuta Sutra": Just as the moon appears, countless images, although appearing in containers of water, the moon never becomes two. Likewise, the wise ones without attachment, although appearing in all the fields, are neither transferred nor come. Thus. In the "Uttaratantra": Although not moving from the Dharmakaya, with various natures of manifestation, showing the manifestation of birth, and descending from Tushita, entering the womb and being born, being skilled in the place of crafts, enjoying pleasure with the retinue of consorts, renunciation and asceticism, going to the heart of the Bodhi tree, subduing the hosts of demons and perfection, Bodhi and the wheel of Dharma, and constantly showing Nirvana, in the not completely pure fields, as long as samsara exists
