It is not. Because it is not impartial, not beyond partiality, so meditation and non-meditation do not dwell on partiality. If you realize the meaning that the view cannot be meditated upon, you will naturally achieve the position of the unconditioned, equal king. Thus it is said. The meditation of no-meditation, which transcends meditation, is: in the state of unmeditated awareness, free from abandonment and acceptance, if you meditate repeatedly, you will see that there is no meditation. The awareness of no-meditation is the all-encompassing meditation. The essence is naked awareness. In the "Refutation," it says: The characteristic appearance of meditation is: on the characteristic empty-clear awareness, the nature is not mixed with anything, the extremes of the grasped and the grasper are exhausted, and the nature of reality is self-purified. The appearance is not confused, and on the nature of pure causes and conditions, after the real and unreal are self-purified, the attachment to the objects of the five senses is purified, and the grossness of the elements is purified, and the appearance of increase is shown by the purification of wisdom. That is the nature of exhaustion. Thus it is said. The way of meditation is, in the "All-Creating King," it says: On the nature of reality, enlightenment, which cannot be meditated upon, because there is no duality of meditation and what is to be meditated upon, so not meditating and abiding in the nature is meditation. Thus it is said. Transcending what is to be practiced and what practices, the behavior of the great clear space of the nature of reality is: in the state of non-duality, free from acceptance and rejection, if you practice repeatedly, you will see that there is no practice. The awareness of no-practice is the all-encompassing behavior. Because the essence of awareness is free from doing and being done, so in that state, the three doors are left freely to whatever appearances and thoughts arise. In the "All-Creating King," it says: Alas! The mind is the essence of suchness, and has never been modified by suchness. In the self-arisen state, it is free from all causes and conditions. The three doors abide in a state of effortless spontaneity. Thus it is said. The fruit of no-effort, primordially accomplished, is: in the spontaneously accomplished, primordially attained, free from hope and doubt, if you practice repeatedly, you will see that there is no practice. The awareness of no-practice is the all-encompassing fruit. This naked, still awareness of Sangye is itself the fruit of the Dharmakaya's spontaneously accomplished. Abiding without moving from that state, in the "All-Creating King," it says: Alas! Bodhisattva or Vajra Good, meditate on me! Because the meaning of unborn, primordially pure appears, so appearances are not seen as real, and will not be destroyed. Because appearances are unborn and self-liberated, so do not meditate on emptiness, and liberate by realizing as it is. Alas! Teacher of teachers, All-Creating King, I, how appear.

All phenomena are, prophesied as unborn and perfectly pure, understand the essence of how they arise right here. O you who demonstrate the three bodies arising from me, everyone says that the nature of mind is unborn, and although everyone strives for the meaning of no self-nature, no one understands the unborn beforehand. Therefore, in this teaching of the All-Creating King, knowing it and not being distracted, abide in the meaning. Do not enter with effort, do not tame the mind with antidotes, do not dwell on objects, do not gather the mind of mindfulness. Whatever arises, that itself is the meaning, so enter into the meaning of the All-Creating Me. O teacher of teachers, the All-Creating Vajra King, the yogis who have realized the unborn completely, upon whom the teachings have descended on the uncreated wheel of the mind, do not exert effort on the ten natures. From the nature of the All-Creating Bodhicitta, with knowledge, there is no grasping of the grasper and the grasped, and without knowledge, there is no need to abandon. With realization, one has power, and abiding in the meaning, the intention of the All-Creating King is spontaneously accomplished. Thus it is. Thus, abiding in the great self-abiding samadhi, the meaning of the four that transcend view, meditation, action, and result, in the naked, clear, empty, and undifferentiated awareness, one does not scatter the mind on external appearances. Because what appears does not go beyond its own adornment, in the self-liberated, traceless awareness, one is openly empty. Internally, one does not conceptualize the thoughts of the mind, the sound is not extinguished, knowing it as the play of great compassion, in the self-purified state of the clear ocean, the expanse of the dharmadhatu is vast. In the state of non-dual equality, one does not meditate. When spontaneous abiding meditation arises, one should abide in the naked king of awareness without wavering. The six aggregates are left to flow freely, and those who are not defiled by the antidotes of grasping and rejection are in the six realms, abiding in their own nature, and the samadhi of open abiding. The doors of the senses are not blocked, the actions of the body are not performed, and sleep should not be abandoned. It is not that the mind individually examines. In short, the body and speech each abide, the parts of mental arising do not scatter outward, and even in the six objects of the senses, the mind does not waver with mindful examination. From the great non-conceptual self-appearance, a clear and non-conceptual experience arises. Thus it is. The great samadhi that descends from the beginning is that in the state of equality, one does not conceptualize external objects, does not cling to the mind, hope and fear, arising and ceasing are pacified, and abiding in the state of equality of object and mind is the dharmata realm, naturally moving.
