Its body is free from outflows, empty and clear, clear and pervasive. Thoughts are not tainted, and memory is clear. It is free from the very nature of elaboration. It pervades and is empty like the sky. Self-purified, it is free from all representations. In the basis of all things, with causes and conditions, it is like a pond because of the accumulation of habitual tendencies. The Dharmakaya is free from habitual tendencies. From the combination of mind and thoughts, the sentient beings' Alaya appears in many forms. Because the Dharmakaya is free from mind and so on, the many forms appear without a body. So it is said. In detail, it should be understood in the Treasury of Luminous Light. The key points of mind and wisdom: The essence of mind is delusion and conceptualization. The definition is that it is called mind because it thinks about objects. If divided, there is the pure mind that turns towards liberation and is non-conceptual, and the impure mind that conceptualizes in samsara. The essence of wisdom is identified as the transformation of knowledge from the aspect of the Dharmakaya. The definition is that it is wisdom because it is the knowledge that has always resided in the Dharmakaya. If divided, there are the wisdom of the ground, the three of essence, nature, and compassion; the wisdom that grasps characteristics, the five of the Dharmadhatu and so on; and the wisdom that pervades all objects, the two of suchness and as-many-as-ness. In the Madhyamakavatara, it says: The key points of mind and wisdom, what is called mind is delusion and conceptualization, the essence is inclusive and pervasive, it is the basis of all memories and thoughts. The divisions are pure and impure. The definition is that thoughts give rise to the object of memory. What is mind for, with what does one mind, what is minded, and why does one mind? Wisdom is not conceptual thought, the essence is self-luminous, the meaning of essence. The divisions of pure are considered to be three. The definition is the meaning of always abiding. Knowing this is called wisdom. So it is said. And in the Garland of Pearls, it says: Because mind arises from aggregation, it is also defiled by impurity. The mind that gathers the Alaya and so on, since it has become a number of impurities, therefore the difference between mind and wisdom should be known by the wise. Mind is the basis of all habitual tendencies, it is the impurity of sentient beings. Grasping objects is mind, therefore it is the nature of samsara. If that mind is removed, it is Buddhahood, the impurity of all sentient beings is exhausted. Sentient beings go by that mind, without it they cannot go, therefore all goers are like a wandering wheel. The mind is free from all movement, it is not like a stone, it is clear in knowing and understanding.

The nature of awareness manifests. Burning all conceptual thoughts, wisdom consumes like fire. It is the same as the sky itself, it is the nature of emptiness and clarity with awareness. Therefore, wisdom shows light. Unseparated compassion arises spontaneously, pervading and explaining everything, perfecting all dharmas. Since the thought itself is non-thought, wisdom is free from the object and subject of thought. Wisdom itself is like this: it is the wisdom of the pure ground, possessing the holding of characteristics and the pervasion of the field. Thus it is said. The detailed explanation of these sequences should be understood as taught in the supreme vehicle of preciousness. Therefore, the distinction between the alaya, dharmakaya, mind, and wisdom is certain. This is the key point of the Great Perfection Heart Essence's differentiation, so it is very important to distinguish the differences. Within these categories, there is a distinction that determines cause and effect, so it is shown that: In this state, there is no searching for cause and effect, there is no view to meditate on, and so on. It speaks of the way to stop the two extremes, but otherwise, from the state of being scattered outward is just play, various manifestations appear, and the nine realms of existence appear, so never say that there is no cause and effect. The nature of the Dharmakaya wisdom is nakedly present, and from the perspective of the ultimate truth, cause and effect, acceptance and rejection, action and seeking, and so on, are shown to be without inherent nature. However, from the alaya and its power, many consciousnesses arise and appear in various ways in the cycle of samsara, for all things with conceptualization, if you say there is no cause, no effect, and so on, you will fall into nihilism like the extreme nihilists, the phenomena of samsara are all manifested from the power of causes, conditions, dependent origination, and illusion. How does it appear? Dependent origination, cause-born, conditioned, numberless and inconceivable, the illusion of samsara, peace and happiness are also numberless and inconceivable. All of this is the dependent origination of the aggregation of causes and conditions. Pure lands and happiness, and impure lands and suffering, are the same as the space of the sky, pervading everything, all are the manifestation of their own causes and conditions of dependent origination, like illusions, although the essence is emptiness without self-nature, the appearance of the form is the power of dependent origination, just like horses and cows appear from the mantras and substances of illusion. In the Sutra of the Noble One, the Precious Qualities, which Completely Gathers, it says: The nature of the realm of space is...
