Since the nature of awareness, the mind of enlightenment, is like the sky, it is not established anywhere. Therefore, samsara and nirvana, appearance and emptiness, birth and death, happiness and suffering, self and other, do not appear or exist anywhere. Merely in that state, power, or play, those appearances do not cease, but appear as self-appearances, like illusions, dreams, reflections in water, optical illusions, cities of gandharvas, and emanations, because they have no inherent existence. Therefore, all the phenomena of samsara and nirvana have never existed from the place of appearance, and have never moved from the intention of the primordial Buddha parents, who are without basis. In the mirror of the mind of Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra): 'Nothing has arisen apart from me. I am the origin, Kuntuzangpo. I have never not shown anything. I am the shower, Kuntuzangpo. Different natures arise from me. I am the nature, Kuntuzangpo. I am free from conceptual terms and dharmas. I am the one, Kuntuzangpo. I am complete with five great lights. I am the great ornament, Kuntuzangpo. I liberate in pure realms. I am the liberator, Kuntuzangpo. Whatever appears in my mind is complete. I am the realization, Kuntuzangpo.' Thus it is said. Kuntuzangpo is vast and enjoys everything. Kuntuzang, father and mother, are in the form of indivisible oneness. Father and mother, indivisible, pervade all beings. Unclinging, unmoving, Kuntuzang's bodhichitta. Kuntuzang's face sees in all ten directions. The all-seeing Kuntuzang's body has no front or back. The bhaga of the mother is a single swirl of bliss. It does not abide anywhere, and cannot be expressed in words. From the state of ultimate truth, the miraculous manifestations of Kuntuzang arise. The treasure of Kuntuzang, from which everything arises as desired. The inexhaustible enjoyment is the space of Kuntuzangmo. Possessing the supreme signs of wisdom that accord with meaning. The unpainted mandala is the space of clear light and bliss. The mandala of Kuntuzang pervades all beings. Thus it is said. Also, from the Lion's Complete Power: 'Dharmadhatu Kuntuzangmo appears as the object. Pure Kuntuzang enjoys the object. Wisdom Kuntuzangmo plays in the sky. Awareness Kuntuzang enters the sphere. The father and mother, without permanence or annihilation, are completely pure. Self-appearing Kuntuzangmo is without interruption. Realization Kuntuzang is gathered into one. Arising Kuntuzang appears as self. Wisdom Kuntuzang shows self-appearance. Space Kuntuzangmo is unmoving.'

Equality Samantabhadra is without conceptual thought. The gathering, Samantabhadri, coils into one. Awareness, Samantabhadra, engages in meaning. Wisdom, Samantabhadri, gathers various things. Supreme method, Samantabhadra, appears as awareness. Clear radiance, Samantabhadri, is without grasping. Bhagavan, Samantabhadra, arises all at once. Without grasping, Samantabhadri, abides in its own place. Bindu, Samantabhadra, is empty in essence. Dharma source, Samantabhadri, is without action. Without thought, Samantabhadra, is without distraction. Conventional, Samantabhadra, is the actual seed. Ultimate, Samantabhadri, displays magical displays. Adorned beauty, Samantabhadri, appears in the realm. Space-awareness, Samantabhadra, is the actual Dharmakaya. Nature, Samantabhadri, is without cessation. Essence, Samantabhadra, is without change. Compassion, Samantabhadri, appears as anything. Teacher, Samantabhadra, subdues afflictions. Emptiness, Samantabhadri, is free from terms. Clarity, Samantabhadra, is free from identification. Both father and mother are the expanse of Samantabhadra's awareness. Thus it is said. From such a state, the deluded appearances, like dreams, are shown to arise as self-appearances to all. Holding onto what is not there as if it were there is called delusion. On the groundless nature like a dream, The clinging to the self-characteristics of samsara and nirvana is very strange. That is, each individual's own awareness is spontaneously accomplished, the essence of the Dharmakaya, empty and clear like the sky, without substance or characteristics, But not knowing one's own face, the co-emergent ignorance and the imputed ignorance that grasps what is not that as that arise simultaneously, Thus, the duality of grasping and being grasped becomes a delusion, and the deluded appearances of samsara arise in various ways. Like grasping the objects and appearances of dreams as self, This strong clinging to the delusion of the container and contents of existence is because, They grasp the phenomena of empty clarity as real. It is like clinging to the illusion as real, It should be known as very strange. As the "String of Pearls" says: "These various appearances, Like seeing a snake on a rope, Because of grasping what is not that as that, The outer and inner container and contents are formed." And as the "Secret Essence Tantra" says: "Emaho, from the heart of the Sugata, One's own conceptual thoughts are emanated by karma." And as the "Compendium" says: "Beings, inferior, middling, and superior, as many as there are, All of them are ignorance."
