Thus it is said. Since nothing whatsoever is established, wisdom is primordially empty, determined to be like the sky. From that state, whatever appears arises spontaneously, therefore, consider it to be self-perfected. These two have the same nature in wisdom, therefore, recognizing it as being free from the extremes of existence and non-existence is the system of Dzogchen. Appearing, it is not established as existent. Empty, it does not disappear into non-existence. One should know it as the nature of the great non-dual self-perfection. In the Treasury of Dharmadhatu, it is taught that everything is primordially self-perfected in the mind of enlightenment. This is the commentary on the seventh chapter. Eighth: Commentary on the chapter that teaches the non-duality of the mind of enlightenment. Thus, in order to show that the pure nature of self-perfection is also non-dual in its characteristics. The fact that it arises from a single space symbolizes that from the arising itself, there is no duality of self and self. All dharmadhatu is a single, self-born wisdom. Non-duality is the way of being of the essence. Dualistic appearances arise unceasingly, playing from the energy. Appearances are labeled as non-dual bodhicitta. Just as whatever images appear on the surface of a single mirror are not different from the mirror, so all phenomena arise in the state of awareness and are therefore not different from awareness. Just as the various dreams that appear in the state of a single sleep are not different from sleep, samsara and nirvana are not other than the play of awareness. Just as all the waves, large and small, that arise from the state of a single river are not different from the river, so all phenomena appear to arise from a state of nothingness, but that is only the clarity of non-existence, and the emptiness of the nature of phenomena is not different from awareness, and their emptiness is not different. Based on these three reasons, it is determined that all phenomena are non-dual. All phenomena are equal in that they are not established, equal in that they are unceasing, equal in that they are only appearances in the face of awareness and are able to perform their respective functions, and equal in that they appear only as arising from conditions and interdependence. By considering these four aspects, one should also realize the great equality of non-duality. As it is also said in the Noble Samadhiraja Sutra: Whatever is born from conditions is therefore unborn. It does not have the nature of being born. Whatever depends on conditions is said to be empty. Like that. The wheel

The very nature of the arising of the display of transcendent wisdom cannot possibly exist as duality. The appearance of a dream and the person who sees it, although appearing as two, are not actually two, because sleep and time do not exist; it is merely the arising as a single clear appearance, and therefore it is not established in reality. As it is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization: 'Like a dream and the dreamer, not seeing as two aspects, thus the nature of all dharmas, is realized in a single instant.' Just like that, everything that appears as phenomena is a clear appearance of non-existence. One's own knowledge, awareness, and body, etc., are also a clear appearance of non-existence. However it may appear, it is merely a clear appearance of non-existence, because there is not even a particle of phenomena, characterized by self-nature, that is one or different. Therefore, know that all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, although appearing in the face of awareness, are non-dual. The arising of phenomena in the face of awareness is also because it arises from within the expanse. It arises solely from awareness and is merely labeled as a display of awareness. As it is said in the Garland of Pearls: 'Earth, water, fire, wind, and space, the great elements arise from it. Gods and asuras, humans, hell beings, animals, and pretas, arise truly from that great one. Desire, hatred, and ignorance, and pride, jealousy, and so on, arise as displays from it. Ignorance, mind, and intellect, and the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, and the collection of consciousnesses, and the five senses, etc., arise. Sound, smell, taste, and touch, and the objects of desire, arise as ornaments from it. Life and Yama, and the absence of essence, etc., arise as its skill and play. The alaya and the appropriation, and flesh, blood, and pus, and bones, skin, and hair, and the accumulated bodies arise from it. Body, speech, and mind, and the various things that arise from the mind, all arise from my face. Men, women, horses, and cattle, and all forms arise from it. Eating, sleeping, and sitting, and various actions arise from it.' And in the All-Creating King: 'Hey! Great Bodhisattva, realize this, my nature! I am the nature of the mind of enlightenment, the mind of enlightenment is the All-Creating King. The nature-body of the All-Creating King.'
