Since the essence possesses the spontaneously accomplished Dharmakaya, abiding in the nature of effortless accomplishment is the wondrous and marvelous wisdom. It is revealed as the basis of the boundless Dharmadhatu. As it says in the *Transcending Thought*: “Wondrous and marvelous wisdom, Has no prior, no subsequent, no original existence. Now it transcends the realm of conceptual thought, It is the very nature of boundless emptiness. Transcending words, transcending mind, empty in essence, Since the nature is not differentiated, The activity of compassion is invisible. From the three appearances of wisdom, With faith and wisdom, grasp the rain of illusion. There is no limit to the distinctions in this, From the marvelous play of non-existence, The fruit of the Buddhas is attained. Outer and inner, all is the Dharmadhatu, Nothing at all appears in this.” The river of spontaneous empowerment is shown to be primordially complete within awareness. The unchanging, all-pervading lord of body and wisdom is the universal bestowal of kingship, the great self-arisen empowerment. Since appearance and existence, vessel and essence, are spontaneously accomplished from the beginning, there is no need to seek or fabricate; the nature is spontaneously accomplished. Everything is accomplished, expanding into great spontaneous accomplishment. Since primordial awareness is complete in the essence of the three spontaneously accomplished kayas, empowerment is completely accomplished as self-arisen wisdom, so there is no longer reliance on effort and material empowerment. As it says in *Perfection of Skill*: “The empowerment of the great self-appearing wisdom, Abides thus in the ground.” And as it says in the *All-Creating*: “Since the king of awareness clearly empowers, It does not rely on the empowerment of signs and bliss. Having realized, rest as it is in non-thought. When awareness obtains the empowerment of the All-Creating King, Things appear constantly as they are, without fabrication. Without cause or condition, the supreme path of peace. However the ground is established, it is its very nature. The empowerment of the All-Creating King's great means of realization, When all enter the realm as they are, Since faults and qualities are known equally, Entering and not entering are utterly beyond meaning. This thought of the All-Creating awareness empowering, Cannot be spoken by words, it transcends the object of focus. Memory is pacified, without elaboration, It pervades like space, completely without direction or part. Empowerment is the cutting of hope and fear by realization. For the yogi who necessarily enters this, Is the teaching of extreme yoga transcending cause and effect. From the unfabricated wisdom, the All-Creating King, However it is established, thus it is established.”

Does not show instructions. Thus it is said. Moreover, if one does not decide that there is no empowerment, generation, completion, etc., from the aspect of the nature of awareness not being established in anything, then because the finality of view is not decided, all of samsara and nirvana, acceptance and rejection, actions, views, meditations, etc., should be realized on the basis of awareness right now, like the unlocalized sky. As it is said in the Pearl Rosary: Two are from the difference of one basis, The uncontrived, only one abides in intention. Possessing the nature of great bliss bindu, The mandala of all Buddhas is one. The essence is primordially pure, In its own nature, it is spontaneously accomplished. Transcending earth, directions, and boundaries, There is no existence, non-existence, or appearance of either. It is not the object of sound measurements, There is no object of one, two, or counting. It is accomplished by falling into great emptiness. It is not the object of scripture and reasoning. It cannot be expressed by tantras and instructions. By view, meditation, and conduct, The meanings of that cannot be known. That meaning has no result. It obscures the very nature of Dharma. It is not accomplished by thinking, Nor can it be examined by wisdom. By generosity, discipline, and patience, That very thing is free from harm and benefit. By hearing, thinking, and meditating, Even if examined supremely, it is not seen. There is no mandala there. There is no seed for generating deities. What is the use of mantras and mudras? There is no need to offer offerings, etc. Where are empowerment and vows? There is no approach and no accomplishment. There is no unfolding of the wheel. There is no protection and no place to be protected. It transcends the realm of demons and harm. That is me, the goer. It is mind, born from mind. It is many and one. Samsara and nirvana are my own nature. Mandalas, etc., are gradual entry. It is Dharma, appearing as Dharma. It is abiding and also going. It is sitting, lying, and walking. It is life and also the act of cutting life. The three worlds are born from that. It appears as gods, mantras, and mudras. Like virtue and its fruit, it arises. The ten perfections are also that. The grounds and qualities are also that. Everything arises from that very thing. Conduct, meditation, nature itself, View, etc., all arise from that. The vehicles of great and small order are also that. Everything arises from that. In short, however it appears, All dharmas arise from that.
